All these recipes start with a cake mix box, however if you want to make and use your own favorite that's acceptable for most. Divided into celebration, cupcakes, etc. All are doable for the home cook. Great photos.

Really, why do I have to be stuck with a slow metabolism? This cake-book is so full of wonderful, decadent, delights! I found a luxuriously rich (but easy to make) mocha cheesecake in here I made for my husband's birthday - he requested it again for next year's birthday treat after only 3 bites! This is definitely a good one!

I could never cook from a cool book that doesn't have any pictures. I need visualize to see what I'm baking/cooking. And this book is amazing. It's got many yummy recipes each with a perfect colored picture. It's wonderful.

Good, clear instructions, and lots of photos.

Update: I made the Glazed Lemon Cake. It was so easy, and smelled so good as it was baking.

This might be a cookbook that I have to buy.
