من أفضل وأروع الكتب التي قرأتها واستفدت منها

الكتاب يقدّم كلمات وأساليب إرشادية (بسيطة جداً) لتطوير قدرتك على التفاوض وتحقيق أفضل المكاسب في كافة المجالات بغض النظر عن نوعية الصفقة وطبيعة المفاوضات

فالكتاب بأسلوبه المبسّط ولغته السهلة يستفيد منه الطفل، والشاب، والرجل، والمرأة على حد سواء

كما أنه مناسب للتاجر والسياسي، للموظف والمدير، للطالب والمعلم، للأب والأم والابناء، للزوج والزوجة......باختصار الجميع يستفيد منه

كتاب رائع أنصح بقرائته ، لأنه كلنا نحتاج للتفاوض و ليس فقط من يمارس عملية البيع ، في الحقيقة أتمنى لو أعيد فرائته مرات عديدة و أصحبه معي دائما و قبل أن أجري أي تفاوض أستعين به و أتبع خطواته بتمهل
nice book i enjoyed to read this book several times and it is very useful for all persons who want to be a best negotiator not only the business persons , i recommend this book
