This book was recommended to me by a fellow author after learning I had set off on the course to write a story about donating a kidney to my 43-year old husband. Sweet Reprieve takes the reader on an emotional journey through the ups and downs of living with a life-long disease, and eventual organ transplant. Even though modern science has advanced, I often found myself nodding, understanding completely what Frank or his wife Ginny felt at that particular moment. This book will keep you wanting more, as you find yourself immersed in the struggles one couple endured, and how faith in God helped him overcome his fears.
