For the “Words for Prodigals” chapter alone, I would recommend this book. I’m unsure however of the “I declare…” verbiage in her prayers. And this is strictly only my perspective and opinion, but that seems to be telling God WHAT to do rather than asking for his direction, leadership, protection, and most importantly for His Will to be done. Again, it may just be a matter of syntax but it was a little distracting, if not off-putting for me. Using these prayers as a guideline though helped me put words to the thoughts and feelings I have toward my loved ones.

A wonderful book to guide your prayer life. I love having all of the relevant scriptures listed per category. Nothing is more powerful than using the Word of God as you pray. I love that there are notes sections throughout the book to add your own scriptures or reflections. I find myself grabbing the book when I'm not sure how to even pray or what to say to the Lord and I know that I will use this book for years to come.
