A comprehensive textbook covering all aspects of the exam. Short, focused paragraphs with numerous graphics and exercises help students learn faster and retain critical information.
Lots of details, some repeated numerous times. No plot or characters to speak of. Only read because I had to. Want details that are out of date, read on. Want entertainment, pass.
Read the book mainly from Jan - April of the year, then picked it up again in November. Overall, it is a very good guide, and appeared to be much better assembled than the STC counterpart. It is fairly well representative of the Series 7 test, but not completely representative of it.
If you are starting from scratch, and know nothing along this topic, I would recommend ordering a book first and once you were finished reading, ordering the minimum 4 month package of Qbank questions. Those two items, alone, would likely suffice to get most where they need to be.
This is one of two books i read cover-to-cover at least THREE times ( the other one is the series 63 book) It is easy to understand and the questions really prepare you for the real thing (the actual exam).
