Interesting. There are 3 people this book kind of follows through their treatment of eating disorders - one bulimic, one anorexic, and one overeater. It give advice on how to correct these situations if it happens to be you, and the advice seems reasonable. But it is for extremes, not for someone who needs to lose 5 pounds or something.
