I'm pretty sure a sociopath wrote this, or at the very least someone who doesn't know how human interactions and emotions work. Worth reading if only to see how far someone can take heartless corperate culture.

sebenarnya aku baca yg The Complete IDEAL's Guides : Leadership! tapi ga nemu !yang ada idiot's guides.
buku yang terpaksa aku baca, krn nya bosku pergi, ak gantiin beliau utk bawa training leadership. kirain tgl bawain, ternyata hrs conduct training juga....yahhh baca dehhh. syukurnya buku versi Indo nya ada, mati kan ya, 5x training dlm 5 mggu, ga sempat buat training dlm wkt dkt gitu...ckckckk...stlh training berakhir, bos angkat tangan dan geleng2 (kagum ato heran pak, hehe).

guys, plis read it. it is a good book for who want to develop leadership skill,it's practical leadership.
