Bloodlust #1

Conquering Mikhel Dumont

Rate this book
Schoolteacher Erica Kalai is always warning her female students against letting teenage boys sweet-talk them into bed. But on her 40th birthday, she encounters a man dressed as her favorite anti-hero, Dracula. One look at the younger, strangely compelling giant and Erica is soon out of her clothes and into his arms. It won't take her long to figure out, however, that she's put herself into the clutches of a real Dracula.

Mikhel Dumont, half-blood vampire of the Dumont family, didn't want to go to a silly Halloween party. But something special will happen this night, or so his beloved sister Katie tells him. So, against his better judgment, Mikhel goes to the party just to please his little sister.

Mikhel never intended to be drawn to a human female. After all, it was expected he would claim the full-blood Deoctra as his Bloodlust. Fate has another plan for Mikhel and Erica. Drawn to her as only a vampire can be to his Bloodlust, Mikhel fights his true feelings, wanting only a hot affair. But even a vampire can only fight so much until he must give in and claim her as his…for eternity.

In Conquering Mikhel Dumont... you are rushed into action right away. Romance with a twist!!! It is non stop hot steamy heavy and a very erotic read. This story is Paranormal Vampire m/f. Setting is modern or current day.

This story is straight to the point and a non stop read! I Dare you to read just one chapter. I couldn't put it down. A woman just trying to live a little
and open herself back up to life well.. let's just say she gets more than she bargained for. And you''ll feel like you were right there along for the ride!
Oh and one thing i felt about this one.. why are men so stubborn and stiff?? Well stiff I can live with.. stubborn.. not too much!! *smiles*

Pretty craptastic. Non-stop sex with lots of dirty talk. Except the dirty talk was not very exciting - it seemed juvenile and cartoonish. Oooh, aaahh, pow, bam, crash. I felt like I was reading comic book porn. The sex itself is not for the faint of heart. Pain, rape fantasies, one rape scene, a mom watching episode, a brother discussion. Just plain off, for those of us who like our ice cream of the vanilla variety.

Another main turn off of the book was the female character. Our heroine, Erica, is fixated on the size of her man's penis constantly. She's gotta have it. But she's also fixated on not getting pregnant, although she does absolutely nothing about it. Common Erica - grow a brain!

KINKY. Good light story mostly sex. Not for the faint of heart. I don't think it's possible to be into everything that goes down in this book, but it's a crazy story with lots of sex, so I liked it.
