Rachel has spent her life without family and watching others from the sidelines due to a series of unfortunate and traumatic events. She longs for the unbreakable connection only blood can bring. When she learns she has a half-brother living halfway across the country, she wants nothing more than to meet him. Even if he is the president of a motorcycle club.
Frost earned his road name on account of his less-than-fuzzy personality. After years of drifting around the country alone and lonely, he yearns for the strong family bond offered by the Handlers. But first, he needs to make it through the prospecting period, and acting like his aloof, antisocial self isn’t the way to do it. Neither is lusting after his president’s long-lost sister. But one of those things he can’t seem to control.
Story: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4.5) Trope: found family Angst: 😱😱 Smexy: 🔥🔥
Super sweet holiday novella about being brave enough to find both your found family and your person despite past hurts. Fast paced with the perfect balance of action and romance ❤. Can be read as a complete standalone, but best enjoyed when read in series order. Can't wait for the next book!
I feel like I’ve been reading for weeks at this point and finding nothing that is even close to five stars. And I should’ve known that if I come home to Lilly Atlas, she will give me five stars. This was a Novella so it wasn’t as long as her other books in the series, but it was no less impactful. We got to spend time with characters that we already love, we got to meet some new ones, and we got to have a good time. Also, there was a ton of drama. The drama is always chefs kiss with Lilly Atlas. I really liked Rachel and I love the fact that Curley has a little sister. I also really like Jack, and getting to see both of their past was difficult, But it helped to flesh them out. Especially considering we were dealing with a book that was much shorter Than the others in the series.
Frost was a novella within the Hell’s Handlers MC FL chapter series by Lilly Atlas. It can be read as a stand-alone, but was more enjoyable in order.
I’ve taken a hiatus from formal reviews for a while, but a couple quick thoughts: I really enjoyed both Frost and Rachel. I also enjoyed the storyline. I desired more detail and depth with the main MC conflict; otherwise, it was a quick, fun and entertaining addition to the series.
If you’re a fan of Hells Handlers than you will LOVE this, we get to see all our favourites, although this is a novella, I feel the story is full, the romance is kinda insta but it didn’t feel too rushed, these are two lost souls who see the same in each other.
If you’ve never read a book by this author…than enjoy a quick read and introduction to this authors work.
Perfect short story and introduction to the Hell's Handlers series. Really enjoyed the holiday atmosphere and the amount of heat Atlas is able to pack into a novella. Can't wait for more in this series or really anything by Lilly Atlas.
I really enjoyed this novella! I'm A huge MC fan and this book was the perfect combination of Christmas meets MC read. My heart broke for Rachel and the trauma she experienced in the foster care system but oh how I soared at her courage and strength in overcoming that fear! Frost has had his own struggles bc he's an introvert and quite so of course people judged him wrongly! Together with the other men and women in this book they become an amazing couple! Some violence, triggers discussed not exploited, friendship, family of love and blood round out the good read! 3.75 stars ✌
As with all novellas and Lilly Atlas reads, I wish this was longer! Of course the book with all my favorite tropes in it would be a novella. Lilly atlas is one of my go-to authors so I get book deprived after I finish every one of her books lol. It’s like that feeling you get the day after your birthday, you’re already counting down the next 364 days until you can celebrate again.
Frost & Rachel are my favorite couple in this whole series without question. (The first 2 were good, but they had their moments, especially at the end, that grinded my gears a bit. And I flat out dnf-ed tracker’s book because the fmc was so annoying) This was one of those situations where you meet the right people at the right time. I love an introverted MMC so Frost had me from the beginning. I appreciated that the author made a point to make the distinction between shy, introverted or reserved, and grumpy, and the perception those people get in society, especially men. I will say, his road name was very clever. It had me randomly giggling throughout the book, especially with this being a holiday read.
My favorite thing about Rachel was she faced her fears head on. She was aware of her issues and worked on them in a healthy way. She was smart, confident, sweet, and didn’t jump to conclusions or panic unnecessarily. Despite her past & his trust issues, they were both kind of the aggressors in the relationship & I loved to see it. The chemistry was off the charts. The way he loved her smile & did anything to get her to smile and have fun even at his own expense was so cute. And his protectiveness was hella sexy too. They completed each other without changing one another. She made him more open and he made her feel safe.
This had the perfect balance of drama & action and romance. It was faced paced without being unrealistic, super sweet but addressed tough issues without being dark, and had that holiday vibe without being all in your face with it. I'm amazed (I shouldn't be, this is Lilly Atlas I'm talking about) & impressed that you could fit so much character development into a novella. I hope we get another novella of them down the line to see more of their relationship. I wonder who the next book will be about: Lock and his new baby or maybe Jinx & his goofy, teddy bear self.
Frost was a prospect for the H*lls Handlers MC and kept his head down hoping he finally found his family. Rachel has just learned of a brother she never knew she had and he just happens to be the Prez of an MC. Curly took his sister in with open arms but it was Frost who seen that Rachel was suffering from a panic attack and went in to have her back.
This was a great addition to the H*lls Handlers MC series with a perfect Christmas twist. I loved the chemistry between Frost and Rachel and the ends he would go to in order to help Rachel out of the nightmare she was living. I highly recommend this book.
Great story that was fun and flirty and sexy as all get out! The characters were fantastic, loved Rachel & Frost's story. The old ladies rock, and we love their sense of humor with their men.
The story goes straight to the heart, both Rachel & Frost had experienced so much pain and suffering in their pasts, neither over it that is part of why they nicknamed him Frosty, and Rachel's past left her traumatized to where it is still causing complications in her future.
Loved how protective Frost was with Jules, and he was from the moment they met also there was something about their instant connection after so many years it was nice to put your trust in someone or even feel comfortable enough to want to.
Loved Frost and Rachel as a couple, they just fit their connection instantly, and loved that they felt safe enough with each other to spill their secrets. Their chemistry is superb and off the charts. Their sexy encounters, hot and sexy. Not only that, we loved how Rachel fit with the club, especially how her life was up until this point had been tame and boring. She blossomed before our eyes because of Frost and the club and spending time with the old ladies, it was like she was finally living her life like she always wanted to.
We were so happy for Curly that Rachel ended up being a blessing, and the fact it was Christmas themed and a time for miracles, it was the perfect setting for an awesome read we thoroughly enjoyed, and a story we could not put down, LOVED IT!
PS. Loved revisiting all the old characters, it was a lot of fun.
Rachel is a woman that is alone and wanting a family and a connection with someone that has the same blood flowing through their veins. When she makes some inquiries through the state child welfare department to find out who her father was, she finds that she has a half-brother that lives halfway across the country. She thinks she wants to go meet him, but after doing some digging into his life, she’s afraid of the man he is. With determination to find a family, she decides to take a chance and go meet him. She’s a woman that is wary of big men and not the most open person, and when she finds herself in the MC club house surrounded by big, tattooed, mean looking men, her anxiety gets the best of her, especially when one man pushes her past her boundaries. When a man steps up and defends her, she finds that he could be an exception to her anxious reaction to men.
Jack is not a warm, fuzzy, friendly prospect, but he knows he’s found his people and a family that accept him for who he is and won’t make rash judgements about him. His lack of warmth and friendliness prompts his road name of Frost. At first, he hates it, but when he begins to realize that it’s all done in jest and family comradery, he accepts it. His real family and best friend turned their backs on him and didn’t have faith or respect for him and it caused him to leave to find somewhere he could fit in and find a “real” family. He knows he’s found it with the Hell’s Handlers MC. When he sees the look on Rachel’s face when there’s a man in her personal space, he knows he can’t just stand back and watch, but he has no idea what his stepping in will do to his future.
I really liked this story. Jack “Frost” is a loner after his recent past, but he begins to open up and find a happiness in life again after he meets Rachel and sees her reaction to him. I love the characters and the stories in this series and Frost was no exception. I love the strength that Rachel finds to go out on her own and find her family, and I love that her half-brother opened his heart and his life to her to help her and bring her into the family. Giving her the backing she needs to be strong and giving her something she’s been missing for so long. I give this book a 4-star review and I look forward to more in this series.
All she wanted was to find her blood family and finally have a connection with someone after the hell her life has been. She found it and got more than she bargained for. Lily Atlas wrote another 5 star book with Frost from her Hell's Handlers MC Florida Chapter series. This book is about Jack aka Frost who is a prospect for the Hell's Handlers MC. Frost is an introvert and doesn't trust anyone. He's been with the club over 6 months and has yet to open up to them about anything even though Jinx is constantly trying. Frost has a painful past much like his Prez Curly and fits in well with the band of outcasts. When he was given the name Frost it fit until he finally started to thaw out when a lady with her own issues showed up and rocked his world. That lady would be Rachel. Rachel is much like Frost and stays to herself, not trusting anyone especially big alpha males like the ones she finds at the Hell's Handlers clubhouse. Rachel has a past in the foster care system full of abuse and it's made her put up walls that are nearly impossible to break down. When Frost saves her from an unfortunate situation when she shows up at the club she feels an instant connection to him and relies on him to keep her safe. She came to the club because she has some business with the Prez Curly and starts learning so much about herself. Even though she was adopted as a teenager she's never felt a real connection to any person. "I don't understand how you got your nickname," she whispered. "There isn't anything frosty about you. You're fire." Rachel says at one point and she couldn't be more spot on. She is the flame to Frost's fire and he does indeed start to melt just like her. This book isn't like most of the rest of the series, meaning there's no big enemy they are fighting or going to war with. Yes some conflict comes up with another MC but it's handled very quickly. Something that should have rocked Rachel's world and sent her running just made her realize how much stronger she's gotten since being with the club. This Christmas she's gotten everything that she's wished her whole life for and I can't wait to see what's more to come.
Do you know how excited I was when Amazon told me this book existed? Let's say, I was jumping up and down because I love Lilly Atlas. Like, she's one of my favorite authors, and she's definitely my favorite MC romance author. She one of the very few who actually puts in real, raw thematic elements into her books. Her books aren't just tropey, cliched drivel. There's depth to them. And even though this was just a novella, it read like a full book.
In this story, we actually had a prospect, Frost who falls for Curly's long, lost sister, Rachel. Rachel finds out she's related to Curly off her birth certificate and a DNA test that was taken a long time ago. However, she's scared to visit the Handlers in Florida because...they're bikers. She's frightened of any kind of big guy because of her past, so when she walks into the clubhouse to find Curly, there's a bit of a freak out there. Who's there to help? Frost. She doesn't flip out with him for some reason. She feels safe with him, and as they both work through their terrible pasts, they cling to each other even more.
Such a good book. You don't even realize it's a Christmas book for the most part. It happens around Christmas, but that's in the background. So don't think it's some silly Christmas book. This book is REAL, and some REAL stuff goes on, including some unexpected violence, past and present. So, hold on to your butts, this novella will rock you. I'd suggest reading the initial books first, but I was surprised with how stand alone this one felt. Superb job. Five stars, all the way.
This series just get better and better and that's saying something because every book in this series I've loved .
While Curly thought he had no family aside from his brothers in the MC He was soon shocked to find out he had a half sister he knew nothing about.
Rachel had a hard life and went from foster home to foster home finally being adopted at the age of 14 she had experienced way to much in her short life.
Living with panic attacks and high crippling anxiety after a horrific attack at one of her foster homes
Rachel never put herself out of her comfort zone even though she was lonely she just couldn't face the fear .
Finding out she had a half brother who was a MC president and had a colourful past to say the least she found the Courage to hope a plane and hopefully meet her older brother and pray he accepts her and her issues .
Frost is a prospect for the MC and is cold as ice betrayed by his real family and best friend he saught out the MC wanting a brotherhood and family to call his own .
Rescuing a beautiful woman from the hands of a visiting MC charter Frosts and Rachel's lives will never be the same again.
Frost and Rachel were made for each other and with his help and the help of her brother curly and the club Rachel starts to come out of her Shell and live the life she's always wanted.
I'm looking forward to the next book in this awesome MC series.

Fantastic Holiday Time MC Novella. If you’ve been reading the Hell’s Handlers MC, Florida Chapter, you know this club is made up of hand picked brothers, all of whom have a “ troubled past” and have come together for a place they can be themselves and where they feel they belong. Nothing is more true for Frost, the club’s prospect. Like the club’s Prez, he was wrongly accused of something he didn’t do and no one, not even his family or best friend believed him. The shy, introverted kid had to be guilty in their eyes. Lost and alone he’s found a home with the Handlers. What he didn’t expect was a strong connection to a woman, Rachel, who shows up at the clubhouse, looking for their Prez Curly, only to have a panic attack and freeze up before she can speak with him due to all the large, tattooed men parting around her. Feeling her stress Frost jumps to her rescue. Both Frost and Rachel feel a longing, kindred spirits of sorts with each other but things get a little more complicated when it turns out Rachel is the Prez’s sister he never knew he had.
Highly Recommend Frost as well as the entire Hells Handler’s Series (both of them). If you love MC Romances, trust me you can’t go wrong with these men and their stories.
Jack just wants to reclaim his life. Rachel is in a real quandary about what to do. Part of this story is a connection with family. Whether it be by blood or by a group connection. It can be an incentive to read the first book in the series. Or to catch up on what you may have missed.
The book is considered a novella, less than 200 pages, and can be read within one to two days. This is great when you have a busy day but still want to have some me time in order to get some relaxing reading done. Our author makes it very easy to get lost in the world she has created. She gives me moments of laughter, moments when you want to get in the middle of the women’s chat fests and leaves me wanting more.
We have a story that combines both a holiday and the world of being in an MC. Holidays are supposed to be a happy time but when you’re in the Hell’s Handlers there’s always the possibility of something happening with a rival/enemy. That’s one thing that kept me turning the page. Plus, I got the chance to see what a couple I read about more than a year ago. Can’t wait to see what the author has in store for her readers down the road.
I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
This novella was the perfect short return to the Hell’s Handlers MC Florida chapter. I love the continuing change in dynamics as the number of women increases as more of the brothers fall in love.
These are big, tough men you do not want to mess with, which makes it all the more fun and sweet to see the way they worship the women or act like a bunch of joking teenage boys. The scene when Frost gets his road name was particularly amusing.
I adored how brave Rachel was in taking a leap of faith and going to meet Curly in person after she learns he’s her half brother. It took such strength to step outside her comfort zone and fight for the life she wanted. It was so heartwarming to see how the Curly and his club family immediately embraced her.
I can’t wait for the rest of the brothers to fall in love, and I’m particularly looking for forward to Jinx and Lock’s stories.
This novella can technically be read as a standalone, but I think it will be enjoyed more if you read the first 3 books in the series.
A loner and now her one friend is getting married. She made a discovery when searching her adoptive parent's papers. She actually has family. A half-brother. He's a biker. Is she brave enough to travel across the country to meet him and see if they can form some bond since he probably doesn't know about her either?
Frost is a club prospect and her brother is the president. Getting close to his sister isn't gonna help his chances of patching in. Except for her fear of big men when she lets Frost comfort her Curly can't keep his sister away from his almost-club-brother and he is a good one.
It is a touching, wonderful love story. The handlers are an amazing group, the ol' ladies strong, sassy, and unforgettable. They pull Rach right into their group. All is not perfect though. Not everybody wants the club around and is causing trouble. Will being the club president's sister put her in the line of fire? This is a do.not.miss book.
Frost is our hardened prospect that truly has a heart of gold and will do anything for those he deems worthy. When mysterious Rachel shows up at Hell Handler's during a party Frost finds himself drawn to her. Their chemistry is quick, smoking, and what they both deserve. Frost never really having anyone until the Handler's finds himself drawn to Rachel. Rachel on a mission to meet her biological brother finds so much more with this family. There is a little other club drama, but in true Handler form they take care of business. I enjoyed this quick read and getting caught up with the others. The other Ole ladies know how to keep their men on their toes and they help Rachel find what she has always been searching for. As always I am looking forward to more of these men and the lucky ladies who bring them to their knees.
Rachel is a loner who craves to have a family, and when she finds out that she has a half-brother, who is the president of an MC, she travels to meet him. Frost is lost and alone, and is a prospect for the MC, who took him under their wing after he was falsely accused of a crime which his family and friends did not believe he was innocent of. When Frost sees Rachel he recognizes a kindred spirit, and the sparks fly between them. This is a well written quick read magical gem of a story, which has family, friendships, loyalty, humor, witty banter, emotions, and love, which leads to an entertaining and fun page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
Frost is a man who was betrayed badly which has left him unfeeling so people think he's cold. Rachel has been through hell in her life, and she comes across Frost's path when looking for some long lost family she found out about, so she has her own set of demons. This novella packs quite the sexy punch with a kicker of angst since both have gone through the fire in their past. And let me tell you, the sparks fly every time they're near each other so it was only a matter of time before they bonded, and maybe just maybe, they're just what the doctor ordered for each other but I'll never tell. I LOVE this series by this amazing author, and seriously, you can't go wrong with her work. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Frost is a delightful, holiday-themed novella from the Hell’s Handlers MC Florida Chapter.
Can two broken souls find the strength to love, and live?
Frost (Jack) is a Prospect with the Hell’s Handlers MC in Florida. His road name comes courtesy of his frosty and somewhat indifferent personality. However, when Curly’s half-sister turns up at the clubhouse, looking for a family, and safety and acceptance, she just might be the woman capable of melting his frosty exterior.
It’s so comforting to be back in the arms of this amusing and loving MC family. Frost is the perfect sweetener for any Hell’s Handlers fan.
Frost: A Hell's Handlers MC Florida Chapter Novella by Lilly Atlas was just a perfect Christmas present!!! This novella was such a fantastic addition to this series! Lilly Atlas has a way of making you one of the Hell's Handlers MC family, whether it's in Tennessee or Florida! I've fallen for every one of these guys and their women are the best. Even when they are damaged, they show a strength that is so admirable. It's so great to see that family doesn't always have to be about blood, it's about who has your back and who you feel safe with. Another special book that I loved by Lilly Atlas!!!
Frost is a fun and flirty MC novella. The characters are fantastic and the storyline is sweet with a bit of heartache. I loved revisiting old characters and the old ladies rock!
Rachel and Frost are just perfect together. Both have experienced a lot of pain and suffering. Hence, where Frost’s MC name comes from and why Rachel still feels traumatized.
I loved their instant connection and how they felt safe in each other. I also love that Curly took to Rachel immediately and she was enfolded into the club seamlessly. A great read that renewed my love for the Hells Handlers. I definitely need to go back and do a reread.
I kept turning the pages on this story. Rachel and her past haunted me, and I rooted for her to gain the strength to fight and move beyond it. Frost had his own trust issues, but he was so strongly attracted to Rachel that he vowed to protect her. He was sweet even when he showed his darker side. The secondary characters also made this story well worth the read. I recommend this story and look forward to more in this series.
I received a copy of this story through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review.
As usual Lylly Atlas gives an awesome story. If you’re a fan of Hells Handlers than you will LOVE this, we get to see all our favourites, although this is a novella, I feel the story is full, the romance is kinda insta but it didn’t feel too rushed, these are two lost souls who see the same in each other. My heart broke for Rachel and the trauma she experienced in the foster care system but oh how I soared at her courage and strength in overcoming that fear! Frost has had his own struggles bc he's an introvert and quite so of course people judged him wrongly!
This was a terrific holiday story, and with the upcoming season, it'll definitely get you in the holiday spirit. Of course no Hell's Handlers member, or their women, are without troubles, but these two certainly make the perfect couple. It's not a story or series that you'll want to miss! I would definitely recommend this book, series, and outstanding author.
This book was released between the third and fourth stories, and although it can be read anytime, I would suggest reading it between those books. JMO!!
I loved watching Rachel melt the heart of Jack Frost. I enjoy the banter between the guys and Frost but how they can get serious when needed. Rachel might have been alone before but she gained a whole family in the Handlers. Curly was so supportive and understanding. This story was great, full of insta love, holiday fun, drama, and men in leather. I love visiting the Handlers MC and this was a great addition.
Perfect holiday read. Rachel has by herself most of her life. Now she found she has a half brother. Curly president of the club. She goes to meet him . While getting to meet him is great. Frost brings a new adventure to her fragile life. Frost is a prospect to the club. He can’t fall for the new baby sister of the president. The heart wants what the heart wants. He heals the nightmares that call her. Perfect add on to this series.
❤️❤️❤️ this is novella story featuring Frost who is a prospect for Fl chapter of the Hell’s Handlers MC. Rachel is Curly’s pres half sister who was in foster care and just found out she has a brother. This is a fast read and you don’t want to put it down. I found Jinx so funny in this story and can’t wait to read his story. Thank you Lilly for writing great books.
