Jack of Spades is a Royal Flush!!
Another stellar addition to the series. I know there is a Kiku spinoff but I hope we continue to follow Detective Stratton and Alice. I cannot wait for the next book in the series. After each new release I re read from the beginning. Masterfully written.

I enjoyed this story. It'd been awhile since the previous and I'd hoped the series continues.
Great storyline leading you down the path of "who did it." Then leaving you to surmise until the next turn.
The characters are strong, deep and interesting. I enjoyed it a lot. Bring on more in the series. Bravo.

Riveting
Wow Jacks first case as he is supposed to be easing into his new job. I love it that Finn and Annie joined Jack, also that Alice found her grandfather. Another winner I can’t wait for his next case.

Great read! There were so many things wrapped up in this book, but the ending definitely means there is another captivating book to come. I also love the mix of characters from different series. I can’t wait for the next book!

Very good story, liked a lot. Lots of action, a real page turner. Glad to see Jack is back to being a detective. Alice had a bit of an adventure herself with the help of her friend Kiku. Added to the enjoyment. Looking forward to the next in the series. Good writing on this one!

The author uses several very improbable coincidences to move the plot forward. He does not know how to end the book and it is very unsatisfactory. The authors of the last 2 books that I have read both use drones as the weapon of choice of the bad guys. Maybe this is a new trend.

This is a fantastic book! It kept me on the edge of my seat and had several twists in the story that I didn't expect! Every character is so real! Fantastic storytelling!!

Jack is such a great character!
This is a good police procedural story. The characters are interesting. The story was a bit fractured, but easy to follow. I am glad to see Jack back as a police detective.

THIS WAS GREAT BUT IT ALWAYS IS. I HADN'T READ ABOUT JACK IN A WHILE IT WAS NICE TO GET UPDATE ON HIM, REPACEMENT, LADY AND THEIR LANDLADY. I LIKED HOW FINN & ANNIE MADE A APPEARENCE ALSO. I'VE READ ALL OF THEIR MINISERIES; I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS. YAY! ;D

Jack of Spades was no different that the other books by Mr. Greyson in regard to Jack and Alice- AWESOME! I have all the books about Jack and Alice and none have left me disappointed. They deserve each other, and Lady and the neighbor (whom I adore). There's never a dull moment. Jack is a super hero who loves him some Alice and vice-versa. I recommend all of the books about these two characters and I'm waiting for the next adventure of Jack and Alice.

Trying to catch my breathe….WOW! This story has it ALL and then some! “Jack of Spades” is another book in the Jack Stratton Mystery-Thriller Series. What a great read this is! Jack of Spades has everything; suspense, mystery, romance and action. There are twists that I didn't see coming. I found myself swept up in the story and I honestly couldn't put it down. Christopher Greyson is a gifted and talented writer who gifts us with an exceptional book because you find yourself thinking about the characters in between reads and even after you have finished.
From page one, he weaves us through a journey that is not predictable and remains a mystery until the end! The sub plots increase the suspense and the uncertainty of the results. Oh, yes I didn’t tell you that Alice goes off with Kiku! Now, how will that turn out? Will she tell Jack about this little adventure? Will Alice survive it? Now, our heart rate rises, as we worry about Jack and Alice!
