Book 2 in the Ecstasy series. Waking up naked with a dead man at her side and a bloody dagger in her hand was not what Ciarra Storm expected from a night on the town. When every bit of evidence points to her, she panics. In the year 2106, criminals are incarcerated on the Moon. She flees and takes on another person's identity-an identity that forces her to travel to Ecstas ...more

When you find yourself laughing at a BDSM book, you know something's wrong.

This book had one of the most ridiculous plots I've ever read. I almost rated it 1-star but I laughed out loud so much, that I figured it deserved an extra star for the entertainment value.

The plot of this book goes like this: there's an Insane Evil Guy who’s very angry at 4 people and wants to “make them pay.” Two of them are his business partners who he discovered were stealing from him, the third is

This book was just ok in my opinion. The sex scenes were extremely steamy and there were many of them. However, while I love a steamy book, I think the story develeopment, the romance developement, would have been improved by more conversation and less sex. It started to grate how Shawn knew something was wrong and instead of figuring it out and having a real conversation about it with her, he would just have sex with her. The Charade is a wonderful story of sex and murder. Ciarra Storm is on the run for murder so where else would she end up but on Shawn Thorenson island "Ecstasy Island". There she learns about herself and her sexuality. The interaction between Shawn and Ciarra aka kitty, is a wonderful story line. I really wish the book was longer and more in detail.

Born and raised in Arizona, I guess you'd call me a desert rat. Well, actually, I'd be a desert rat that loves the mountains and lakes. Arizona gives me great pleasure, because if I'm not at the computer writing or buried nose deep in a book you'll find me on a four-wheeler, or a jet ski, or being pulled behind my 26’ Monterey boat on an oblong tube called a ‘hot dog’ laughing my ass off. In fact, ...more
