Really just a collection of supposed time travel experiences, mostly "time slips." Some directions for astral projection through time. A little bit about supposed time machines people have built. I think Commander X can do better than this!

It is an interesting book about the possibility of time travel. It brings up some interesting theories. I enjoyed reading the book.

Not as filled with practical advice as the title led me to believe.
