This is an Advent devotional sent out by Christianity Today magazine, and it is a really nice way to help prepare for Christmas. They work with different contributors which gives you a nice diversity of thought, but it also makes it a little disjointed which is why I gave it 4 not 5 starts. If you read this I pray that it helps you to move closer to Jesus this or a future Advent/Christmas season!

2022 Advent devotionals liked that each day is a different author, so devotionals varied with different perspectives.
A light topic popped up, at least for me, and it's significant in nowadays world.

Just okay. It started out pretty good then I began losing interest on week three when all the readings had more or less the same message. The content is surface level, but the length of each day’s reading is very doable. Favorite authors were Carolyn Arends and Glenn Packiam.

I love the myriad voices that contributed to this Advent devotional, most notably Carolyn Arends, whom I loved as a singer/songwriter in my teenaged days. Well laid out and beautifully illustrated. Well done, CT!
