I've had this book for twenty years and it's still the first one I reach for, delicious foods,. Straightforward Easy to read and understand. Have just bought another copy for my 14 year old daughter. No home should be without an it !

This is one of the most practical, helpful cookbooks I have ever read and used. EVERY recipe that I've tried from this book has come out GREAT!

great cookbook for beginners on how to make so much amazing foods. great illustrations, simple step by step instructions. great book!
