When I was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease, my dietician highly recommended this book. The author, Case, at the time, was the leading expert on Celiac Disease. I read this book daily. Learned a tremendous amount about Celiace. It has great information, recipes, references and everything else to help someone recently diagnose with CD.
I skimmed this. Lots of information, but I'm hesitant to trust much of it due to its age. I feel like most of the information in this book can easily be found online.
