This is a great book especially the chapter on sugar.
It was way ahead of its time when it was written and I hope that people now feel guilty that they did not believe how dangerous sugar can be.

Like any self help book, you have to follow it religiously and focus on it every day.

It didn't do anything to help me lose weight, but it will for lots of people.
Jason is a lovely guy and passionate about helping people.

A different approach

I've read a ton of books on nutrition

What I really like is how JSon really exposes the food industry. Plus he describes junk food so that you're repulsed by it. Great book funny accurate and gets you in a positive frame of mind to break free of BIG FOOds toxic junk food

Great read. Makes you stop and think more clearly about how we are eating and living. This is a re-read for me and I immediately changed my habits.

Bought this at Christmas to go with my juicer, but only just managed to finish it. Awesome book! Just not bedtime reading so took me a while Explores junk food addiction and dieting in a really sensible and thoughtful way. Very scathing of "non-food"" marketing, really makes you think. Made total sense to me. I really recommend this one to anyone trying to lose weight, kick junk food or just wanting to live a healthier lifestyle in general.

Best book on health I ever read. Clear, simple language, no bullshit. Straight to the point. Has changed my whole outlook on the food industry which I already knew, but has given me the push to avoid processed sugar laden non foods like the plague. The only way is fresh, natural food to nourish your body and to stop supporting the food drug giants.

I bought this book as I have recently starting juicing and the Jason Vale books had been recommended to me. This was a very interesting book, which I read over a couple of weeks. A real insight into the food industry and brainwashing advertising tactics. A must read for anyone interested in healthy living.

Great information! I have noticed that not reading it for awhile, that the re-tuning advice is essential, and I will probably be reading this book many more times!
