I actually contacted this author and he contacted me back. I think he really practices what he preaches throughout this book.
One thing I learned the most from this gentleman is we got to take the opportunities in life that are presented to us. I highly recommend his Philosophy 48 in this book. It is Live Your Life with No Regrets. When You Are Older, What Will You Say from Your Rocking Chair? This is exactly what the author did and you will see as you go through this book. The first incident of this was when the author mentions he was working taking care of the grounds of a tennis court. He asked his boss to pay for him to get certified as a tennis instructor. He boss did so, and this created a domino effect where he used this certification to start his own business as a tennis instructor. He got so successful in this business that he hired employees. Then as he was instructing very rich and successful clients, he kept hearing real estate was a way to become successful financially. So, he got into foreclosures and then into high-end real estate. One of the highest selling properties he has built and sold was for $31 million dollars.
The author takes you through 48 Philosophies that he has learned in his life and he gives you examples from his life and he gives action steps to take at the end of each philosophy.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Both billionaires Donald Trump and Richard DeVos endorse this book.
