Katie was raised in a wealthy family but has come upon some hard times. Her Father died leaving all his wealth to Katie's stepmother and Katie is destined to support herself as a maid for a rancher. A position she has no training for. But Katie is a survivor, determined to be successful and not have to return home a failure. Will she succeed? Can she convince the handsome rancher to give her one more chance, or will she accept the proposal of the rancher's wealthy brother-in-law? This is another great addition to Indiana Wake's Texas Mail Order Bride's series and another great read.

I love romance with good characters and a sweet storyline. Katie meets Sam in an employee-employer situation after leaving her childhood home with the death of her father. Sam is a widower with 2 young boys and has hired Katie to work at his ranch as a maid. It isn't easy for her to transform from a privileged young lady to a maid and there are definitely ups and downs. However, this story does evolve into a delightful and touching story with promises of more romance tales to come. I received this book with my KU and this is my voluntary and honest review with my own personal opinions.

This is a sweet love story written by Indiana Wake. Sam has two young sons and he is co-owner in a nice, prosperous ranch. Katie is from a very wealthy family in another town and until her father died and her stepmother try’s to marry her off, she has a charmed life. After being forced to leave her home she is now employed as a maid at the partners ranch. You will enjoy discovering how they find their happily ever after.

I highly recommend this beautiful love story of Katie and Sam. Katie lost all her inheritance when her parents died in New Jersey. She became a maid for Sam in Lubbock, TX who was a widowed rancher with two small children who his Mother-in-law was trying to get custody of. Will Sam triumph over his inlaws? You will have to read the book to find out. I received an ARC and this is my voluntary and honest review.

Very hard for a rich privileged girl to have to become a maid
A rich socialite leaves home when father dies and new stepmother tries to marry her off to someone unsuitable. She takes a job in Texas as a maid but hasn't any idea how to do the work and doesn't want to get up in morning. She spends the days complaining and not doing the work. She is given 2 weeks to do better and change her attitude.

good read
Another good read by Belle Fiffer and Indiana Wake. Katie is the maid, a maid that had money at one time. A time when her father was alive. When he died her step mother took it all. Sam is the rancher who’s wife died leaving him with two sons. Sam’s mother in law wants the boys. So his brother in law comes to take the boys from him. Katie and Sam join forces to save the boys. Very nice read and well written. Enjoyable.

It was a great book. The beginning was rough. Then Sam brother in law came along to spice it up. Then Jonathan came to the rescue. Sam propose to Katie

Every family has issues. This story has it all. Drama, check. Relatives who are nuts or haven't a clue. Check. It was an enjoyable book.

Liked the story. Just wish several of the books could be in one rather than several.

I can imagine how hard it was for Katie to transition from having maids to being one. Socialites did not learn how to clean, cook, do laundry and just work in general. I enjoyed her journey from unhappiness to joy. Another enjoyable book by Indiana Wake and Belle Fiffer
