I read this book when I was in 7th grade, Halley's Comet was a few years away, and this book capitalized on it. I remember thinking it wasnt quite plausible, but it was what was out there on the shelves. That was 30 (?) years ago! Its in some defunct used bookstore now. i remember a scene when a guy gives in to lust and gets possessed in the processed" LOL, no wonder I am so weird!
