I rated this lower than some would simply because this was not the book I was looking for. I was looking for a book for spouses on communication and cooperation when they are working together in a business that is already set up it perhaps one that they started years ago and got proper business things in place or that they have just taken on.

This book is a great quick read for personal business owners and has some wonderful guidelines for setting up your business and clarifying roles. It did not deal with the fun side of working together or avoiding the pitfalls and communications and practical things like balance, which I was hoping it would

The book has some interesting insights and bits, but it's really catered to a couple running the same line of business as the author and his wife. Half the book is all about business roles that are necessary to run a certain type of business with retail and sales and it just seems to get off track from the title of the book.
