I actually read the Updated Edition of this book. I found it very useful. There are endless, concrete examples of useful techniques to assist in the teaching of social sciences. Drawing critical thinking out of students in today's day and age is quite a challenge, however, clear charts comparing questions teachers often pose, versus those that require more critical thinking make it easy to update teaching methods.
