Excellent introduction to the spiritual examen exercises. The goal of accomplishing a life of meaning is aided by daily activities based on a person's core spiritual beliefs. Deep questioning of one's beliefs and how one's daily life serves the greater purpose of living a life of service for others.
Jeff Lampson
An excellent follow up to Heroic Leadership for individuals seeking a more integrated, intentional and authentic life. Chris Lowney is so effective in making Ignatian approaches accessible and practical for living with grace and depth.

I'm not quite sure what this book is supposed to be, but there are moments when Lowney's rhetoric rises above his occasionally "self-helpy" tone to become something worth considering.
