Practical and easy to follow

I like the book, it is practical and easy steps to follow to improve our EQ. I will keep practicing the steps for at least 66 days until it become part of my habits.

Too brief, with extremely obvious examples. Some points are easy to follow, and can be indeed implemented in a daily life, but I was missing a deeper discussion on how and how, rather than just a list of common Sense ideas.

Easy to read and includes interesting insights, but talks too much on what EI is and what it is good for rather than providing with practical advice on developing it. The book leaves an impression of an intro into the topic of EI rather than a handbook.
