Oh wow so this book surprised me some. It didn't go in the direction that I thought it would go. I was disappointed in it at all tho. It just had a lot of surprises in it. It also didn't start the way I thought it would. And that ending like WHAT!!! How are you going to leave me like that?! And what is up with Kimble?? I just don't trust him for some reason he is just so weird. I cannot wait for the next book!! Like gimme gimme gimme NOW!! I need to find out what happens with Knight and Kennedy asap!! And Kennedy is one bada$$ female and I love her!! I highly recommend this series!! ~ BY TINA

I was hooked from book 1 but now I’m complete invested in Kennedy and Knight’s story I need them to get their HEA!! This one is filled to the brim with twists and turns and will have you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. The fight these two have on their hands to be together is unmatched. Will
they be able to face everything coming their way together and survive or will everything fall apart. Will love conquer all?? I can’t wait to find out!

OHHHHH I AM SPEECHLESS ! I was hoocked from book 1 and ohhhhh now IM OBSESSED ! I couldnt put the book away, I absolutly love them, Knight and Kennedy are perfect together ! can't wait for book 3 even if its the last book. I hope that Violet write more mafia book because wowwwww she is good !!!!!

This is the second book in the Knight Mafia Trilogy. You have to read Her Mafia King or you are going to be lost.
This book picks up right where we left off from Her Mafia King. This book takes you on quiet the unexpected journey and I think I just need to give up thinking I know what direction a book is going to go because I was so wrong with this one. I don't really want to give anything away about this story either. I feel like it is one that you needs to experience for yourself. It does contain a lot of surprises and I wish I could talk about them because I feel like I need to with someone who has read it. You just need to get this book and read it but don't forget to read the first book first. This book will have you almost throwing your kindle against the wall at the end though. I was all what in the world about it myself and now I need the third book asap!!

These book aren’t very long but holy has a lot been packed into this book. Book one spent a lot of time setting the scene for the relationship between Kennedy and Knight. We do see a bit of the apart time when they spent four years apart but most of it is set in the present. Honestly, we haven’t solved any problem in book two and found more problems that need to be solved. By the end, it does seem that they are on better terms but of course, it ends on a cliff hanger. Kennedy has her own mystery she’s trying to solve, so does Knight and then they are working as a team to help Seraphina and I’m not sure how they will do all of this in just one more book. The chemistry between Kennedy and Knight is so good though and I’m pumped to see more of that in the next book.

It was exciting and the plot took an intriguing turn.
Which added more intrigue.
Ms. Paige gives some details into the five years Kennedy and Knight were apart.
Both had traumatic events happen them. My mind was spinning thinking who could be behind the unfortunate incidents. But the list of suspects is was long.
The lust and passion between Knight and Kennedy stilled burned bright and strong.
Even after being apart for five years.
The author leaves us with a whopper of a cliffhanger.
I was stunned and I think my suspect list just shorted.

Kennedy and Knight’s story continues but the fight that they have against them is no where even close to finishing and now I’m on pins and needles waiting for the last part of the trilogy

This is the second part in this amazing trilogy, and Kennedy and Knight are still haunted by their pasts. The chemistry between these two is combustible and undeniable, but can they overcome the challenges in their path to be together? After they cliffhanger, and I cannot wait to read the final book in this impressive trilogy. This is a well written story which has family, twists, action, vengeance, intrigue, suspense, danger, surprises, second chances, and love, which leads to a riveting and addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

What a fantastic second book in the trilogy. I absolutely love Kennedy and Knight. Both are fiercely protective and loyal until they're betrayed and than all bets are off. When Kennedy and Knight let their guards down the unimaginable happens can Knight save Kennedy or will he be too late. It seems history is repeating itself can Knight stop it this time and find out who is behind these acts of betrayal or will it be too late. In this book you get to feel more what the characters are feeling, their emotions whether it be hate, lust, heartbreak or love. I am truly enjoying these books. They are so good. Once again definitely recommend this book but start with the first one first.

My Thoughts: This book is a continuation of the previous one. It has the present day and a few flashbacks that reveal more about Kennedy's past and Knight while he was in Paris. Violet Paige keeps the readers engaged and on their toes throughout this book. There is still so much mystery to this underground royalty. Kennedy is definitely a fierce bosswoman now. Nothing like Knight remembers. The two of them together make such a great team and I can't wait to see how their relationship flourishes. Of course just as things seem to settle, there is a major cliffhanger.
I look forward to reading the conclusion of this trilogy.
