When the pursuit of an enemy goes disastrously wrong, he is shocked to discover a small group of precious females and children fighting for survival.

As they work together to find a way off the uncharted planet, he grows increasingly captivated by the alluring human and her enchanting children. His duty compels him to return them to Earth, but his heart tells him that Jessica and her children belong with him. Can he ignore a lifetime of responsibility and ask them to stay?

Each book in the Treasured by the Alien series can be read as a standalone romance. This sweet and steamy HEA is intended for adults only.

A Treasure for the Alien Warrior is book eight in the Treasured by the Alien series by Honey Phillips. I really enjoy this series. It’s cute, adorable, and sexy.

I read this on Kindle Unlimited. I have also bought several of the books in the series when I get a GC.

Jessica is a hard working single Aunt who has been charged with raising her niece and nephew. Jessica, the kids, Laura a helper, and Hannah her friend all go on a cabin trip together and end up being kidnapped by the Vedeckians. Jessica is no sitting violet, she plans an escape. In the process of their escape they all crash land on an inhabited planet where they plan to live out their lives; until she meets Vadrar, a seven foot tall Ciri alien.

There's plenty of steam, but many sweet moments. The bonds are immediate: Hannah gravitates towards Tenrac, Jessica feels the pull to Vadrar and Oscar & Ellie (niece and nephew) immediately connect to him, and Ketaan and Laura who meet on the ship continue to bond.

I love the kids in this series. They are so adorable and make my heart melt. The interactions with the kids and the aliens are just great.

This was a surprisingly sweet sci-fi alien romance and a quick read.

If you're after a sweet, sexy alien romance, then we may have found just what you're looking for!

I am back in my sweet spot...adorable alien romance. A Treasure For An Alien Warrior was a quick but satisfying read which satisfied my craving for some alien goodness. I should have known it would, this whole series is about single mum's (whether it's by biology or circumstance) falling in love with their alien hero. Luckily for them, their alien hero only has two desires in life: to satisfy them sexually and to have a family they can cherish. Aw.

This was a really fun read with a lot of heart-warming family moments as well as some sexy alien tail action. And, although this is book eight in the series, it can easily be read as a standalone.

I love this series, it's sweet but with enough steam and action to appeal to most syfy romance fans. Vadrar and Jessica are great characters and the chemistry is excellent and the supporting characters fit right in. And even though it is a stand alone story, I love seeing some of the people from previous books. Enjoy!.

A Treasure for The Alien Warrior de Honey Phillips serie Treasured By The Alien Warrior libro 8

Argumento:

Treasure for The Alien Warrior me encantó!

Imposible rechazar a esa cola, digo alien honorable!

El final fue perfecto con todos reunidos encontrando su lugar feliz y lo más importante: aceptación, familia y amor.

Jessica is already struggling with life changing as she is now raising her niece and nephew. She is taking a short vacation with the kids and and some friends when the whole group is kidnaped by aliens. Jess and her team escape their kidnappers with help from one of the crew, but then crash on an unpopulated planet. Vadrar is a Cire, and his civilization lost all of their females. He and his crew of two land on the planet for repairs. The two groups by chance meet. I love the stories with the Cire males, and this one is no different. Great story with a HEA.

This was an awesome read and a fab addition to the series. I'm loving the family element to these stories and this one did not disappoint. Jessica, with her niece and nephew, the nanny and a friend head off to go camping and end up kidnapped by aliens. After an escape, they meet Vadrar and his crew. Trust was slow to build but I loved how he took time with the kids to help them overcome the trauma of their 'adventures'. Expect fab world building, great characters, drama, danger, suspense, emotions and a steamy romance to fully captivate you when you crack this baby open. I enjoyed it immensely and can't wait for what's next by this author :D

It's time for another series, but this time by Honey Phillips. Treasured by the Alien are a series of books that follow the same formula. An older woman is taken from Earth and is accompanied by a child, not always their own, and are subsequently saved by a lizard like alien called a Cire and then they fall in love and form a found family unit.

The story follows Jessica and Vadrar. An aunt and her niece and nephew are taken and ultimately marooned on an alien planet.

Sooo sweet!!

I love this whole series!! A race of aliens whose females died off due to a galaxy wide plague. Stranded on an alien planet, one bed trope, fated mates!! Loved it and with all the angsty steam you need. Absolutely love the tails!!

I was a bit surprised at how tense this book was. There was running and escaping and I definitely lost myself in it all. The book was a bit short to have a lot of space for emotional development, so some of the relationships felt a bit rushed. But I really enjoyed the secondary characters and how this little found family all came together.

All Jessica wanted was some family time staying in a rural cabin. Jessica recently became the guardian of her niece and nephew when both of their parents are killed in a car accident. She was hoping this short getaway trip would help pull them together as a family.

Unfortunately she is abducted from earth with her 20-year old nanny, her nanny’s best friend and her niece and nephew; Jessica is definitely having a very bad, no good horrible day. Things seem dire….before she knows it the space ship she’s on crashes onto an unknown planet.

Vadrar is a Cire male who is a Patrol member. They are essentially the police force of space. The patrol ship, aptly named “The Protector”, sees the vessel, known for slave trading, and that kidnapped the family and tries to engage. In the process, the patrol ship is damaged and they have to make an emergency stop on the same planet that Jessica and her small group crashed on.

This is a sweet “all the feels” romance. Not only are the Cire commander Vadrar and Jessica attracted to one another. But Jessica’s niece and nephew have taken a “shine” to Vadrar as well. The “Red Death Plague” has killed all of the Cire species’ females. Thus, Vadrar never imagined he would meet someone who stirs his mating instinct; he is surprised that he is SO attracted to Jessica. I won’t tell you about how they manage to escape from the planet they crashed on. There are definitely unexpected twists to that.

Overall, the story is a slow burn romance with a bit of spice thrown in. I love all of the characters and how they not only work together but care about each other in the process despite being a mix of species. There are actually several HEAs and a great romance between Vadrar and Jessica - several 2nd chances at love. This book is going on my Re-read list for when I need to lose myself in a fantastic romance. Definitely, definitely recommend.

I love this series and every time an another one comes inthe series I stop reading what I am reading to read the new one.

Jessica is hard working single aunt who has been charged with raising her neice and nephew from her sister - who has died along with her husband and the children's' father. Jessica also has a young lady, Laura, helping her with the children and along for the ride is Hannah. They are all kidnapped from a cabin trip by the Vedeckians. On this ship we see Ketaan (from previous books) who falls for Laura and they form a very strong simple bond. In the process of escaping, they crash land on a inhabited planet and plan to live there cause there is nowhere to go. Until her searching for Ellie, leads her to the seven foot tall Vadrar.

Vadrar raised Tenrac since all the females are gone and neither has family but each other. In the process of being Patrol they come across a Vedeckian ship that fires on them and cause them to crash on the same planet that Jessica and her groups is on.

The bonds are immediate cause Hannah gravitates toward Tenrac, Jessica feels the pull to Vadrar and Oscar & Ellie (niece and nephew) immediately connect to him as their "father", and Ketaan and Laura continue to bond where she becomes very very protective of Ketaan.

I love the arc in the story and we are finally seeing that this not just one ship but severaland they are getting help - from who is the big question and why? I sooooo luuuuuuv the reappearances of Rafalo & Alicia. I so love that this writer includes all races of women. She is not very descriptive in the writing but you know that the women are of different ethnicities, I love that Ms. Philips focuses on the bonds forged and not so much what they look like - she gives you just enough to formulate the person and you fill in the rest.

LOVE LOVE LOVE TREASURED BY THE ALIEN SERIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a surprisingly sweet sci-fi alien romance. It had plenty of steam, but many sweet moments with the aliens and the children. The way the alien H looked was a bit different, but that didn't seem to bother the h. It gets 4 stars from me.

I liked both Vadrar and Jessica, but thought that Jessica was a little too quick to assume she had to go back to earth, and couldn't stay with him. Granted, she didn't know he wanted her to stay, and she was concerned about the two children she was caring for -- but she should have considered a life with him sooner.

Overall, I really liked this book. My favorite parts were the interaction between the aliens and the children. They all fell madly in love with the children, and would do anything to make them happy. It didn't matter to them at all whether they were human, alien, or mixed species.

My rating system is below.
1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.
5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

Jessica a high powered business woman raising her sisters children after a horrible accident that took her sister and her husband. While trying to figure out how to parent she, the kids and the nannies are kidnapped by aliens to be sold as slaves. One of the young girls befriends an alien and their relationship grows to the point where he helps to rescue all of them. When their escape vessel is damage they are forced to land on an uninhabited planet with little hope of being rescued. Vadrar is a Cire warrior who is a commander in the Patrol. He left his home with his charge after the Red Death killed so many of his people. When checking out a new sector they come across a slaver ship and take damaged to their vessel. I have followed this series from the beginning; every time a new book comes out, it is an automatic buy, I do not even have to read the blurb, and I love this book as much as the others.
I enjoy that both main characters are old enough to know what they want; no cheating cliffhangers or games are being played, and Jessica and Vadrar's relationship is fast but meaningful, and of course, I'm always a sucker for a happy ending.
Jessica is a busy businesswoman; when her sister and her husband died, she struggled to raise her nephew and niece while maintaining her busy schedule. Committed to spending more time with the kids, she promises Oscar a camping trip for his birthday, but with no outdoor experience and a fast-approaching deadline, things are not going as planned; add to that being kidnapped by aliens to be sold as a slave, and you can understand why Jessica is most definitely not having a good weekend or month.
After leaving Ciresia, Capitan Vadrar works for the Confederated Planers Patrol; not having an active assignment means he is free to explore space with his small crew; finding a Vedeckian ship in the middle of nowhere is highly suspicious, especially when said Vedeckian ship starts firing into his ship without provocation.
I do not want to give spoilers in this review, but know this book has enough action, adventure, and spice to keep you reading until the very last page.

Vadrar and his former ward Tenrac are Cire who work for Space Patrol. They wanted to get away from the last desperate remnants of their race after the Red death killed all their females. Cire need to find their destined mates to be able to have children and with no females, there is very little hope for the future. While they are on patrol, they run across a Vedeckian ship who shot at them forcing them to crash on a deserted planet. However the planet isn't as deserted as they thought. Vadrar went scouting and found an escape vessel. It had carried 3 adult human women, two human children and a young Vedeckian. Just one look at Jessica, one of the human woman has Vadrar feeling like he had found her mate. He is fascinated by her but he had promised to return her to Earth.

Jessica recently got custody of her niece and nephew after her sister and her brother-in law died. It is her nephew's birthday and she and a couple of her friends took him on a camping trip. Jessica knows nothing about camping but she is trying her best. Then some weird looking human men kidnap them and Jessica wakes up in a cell on a spaceship. The weird men were aliens called Vedeckians dressed up as human men. They plan to sell the women and children. Luckily one lower ranked Vedeckian is very interested in Jessica's friend and he helps them escape. They end up stranded on a deserted planet until they are found by Vadrar and his crew.

These books always make me very happy !!!

I ABSOLUTELY HATE the words ," Epilogue " !!! Because that means the story is wrapping up 😭😭😭
As Always , I enjoyed this story set in the world of the upstanding , and honest Cire . In this story , we find Jessica , and her niece and nephew Ellie and Oscar ,along with the sitter and a friend , Laura and Hannah . They have went to a isolated cabin for Oscar's birthday.
And of course, the terrible Vedeckians strike again !!
By the time Jessica wakes up , Earth is long gone !!
Vadrar and his ward Tenrac and a Trevalorian navigator Saela are part of the Galactic patrol in the area , and come across a space ship that has fired on them very aggressively . A few minutes later , they have to touch down on the 1st available planet , and low and behold they find Jessica and her family and friends who have escaped !!!
ONE thing leads to another, and we alk know how sexy those Cire are !!!!! And Lots of action and adventure on an alien planet is always full of surprising , exciting things !!!
This book was a fun, delightful read, and I felt myself tearing up a few times . And , as ALWAYS, I hate for it to end !!!!
I F'n Love this series !! I also love how we get to read about previous characters from earlier books !! Makes me feel all nice and Happy !!!!

(I feel like I say this with every book in this series, but...) MAN, do I like these resigned alien warriors as they're given a chance to find a little happiness. Vadrar is...well, he's honorable and lonely (despite having a crew with him) and he doesn't see any end in sight to that loneliness.

Which KILLS me. So hard.

That said, when Vadrar crosses paths with Jessica and her charges (plus the two other women who were taken from Earth with her), he doesn't trust the hope he starts to feel around her. After all, only a Cire female can be a mate to a Cire male. Or so he thinks.

While Vadrar is trying his hardest not to get his hopes up, Jessica is trying to be a parental figure to her orphaned niece and nephew, which isn't a role that comes naturally to her. Throw in the two other women she's trying to be strong for and a slew of fast-moving feeeeeeelings she's developing for Vadrar and the lady is a little confused. Wait. She's not confused-confused. She's just conflicted about how something that feels so right can happen so fast.

A dangerous planet, a situation that's put everyone at risk, a few lingering looks, a lesson in kissing, and a ready-made family. *thumbs up*

Series: Treasured by the Alien #8
Rating: 3 stars - I liked it

Jessica’s life changes forever when her sister and brother in law die in a car crash leaving her as guardian of her niece and nephew. She is still learning the ropes when they are abducted by alien slavers. Like all the books in this series, this was a very sweet fated mates romance. Jessica and Vadrar have instant attraction and chemistry. I loved seeing Vadrar instantly accept the kids and become their father figure. He was very sweet with them and it was cute. Jessica was a strong woman who is struggling to be a mother for two grieving kids, and deal with her own grief. I liked both of these characters a lot.

This also had a wonderful found family theme. Both Jessica and Vadrar have their own adopted family members and they came together beautifully, making a large close knit family. I also liked that there were relationships happening with these characters. It didn’t take anything away from the main couple and just created a stronger bond with this family.

Trigger warnings: death of sister and brother in law in car crash; grief; threat of slavery and rape; volcanic eruption

I absolutely love this series. The Cire are a race that are losing the ability to procreate the traditional way. Modern alien technology has found a way to remedy that somewhat, but not in a way that captain Vadrar and his subordinate/ friend want to be a part of. They set off on their own with a female crew member protecting the galaxy from slave traders and other bandits. When their ship is attacked they seek refuge on the nearest planet to repair the damages.
Jessica is raising her niece and nephew after the loss of their parents. For a birthday surprise she takes them to a remote cabin with two of her girlfriends. However the surprise lands on her when they are abducted. When one of her would be captors rescues them they escape in a pod, but alas in their escape they also are being attacked and are forced to land on the nearest planet.
When Jessica and Vadrar comes face to face their is an instant connection, heat soars through both of them. Unfortunately for them though they realize a little to late that the planet that they landed on is not all it seems.
This wasn't just one love story it was a familial love story shared by all. And of course a love story wouldn't be the same without an adorable pet to complete the equation.

Brilliant read as always Honey!

Comfort In A Familiar MO

I’m back to this series after being gone for over 2 years. So it was comforting to be in this world again since it helped clear up a muddy memory that I had from an earlier book that I contributed to another series.

So, back to this story.

I’ve read a few more books in this genre so I like his pull to her, but why is she so instantly taken with him? I question it, but I won’t argue against it.

I like the planet part of the story. Before the ending, which I would have liked some more of by the way. So many pairings and pieces falling into place. I do wish we jumped POV’s and got more insight into the other couples as well. I think that might be why I feel like the story could have been a bit longer now that I’m done reading.

I do like how the main couple got together so easily. Too many other stories make that harder than it needs to be.

It was a fun and touching story. I didn’t feel any sense of danger until they were trying to leave the planet and it was deserved.

I think I’ve kept this review fairly spoiler free, but I do hope I was able to convey that this is a good little story that was light on the drama but still gets you in the feels.

Jessica didn't know anything about raising children, but when her sister and her husband were killed in an accident, she had to learn for the sake of her niece and nephew, Oscar and Ellie.
It was Oscar's birthday, and he wanted to go camping. Jessica rented a cabin and the nanny, Laura, and her friend Hannah came to help with the kids.
On the first night there, they were abducted by aliens. Laura met one of the aliens, a Vedeckian named Ketaan and he told her he would find a way to get everyone out of the ship and he did.
Vadrar Tar'Craten was a captain of the Confederated Planets Patrol force. When he and his adopted son Tenrac left Ciresia they joined. Ciresia was not the same after the Red Death killed all the females.
While exploring between assignments, they were attacked by a Vedeckian ship. The ship blew apart after firing at them. Vadrar's ship was damaged and they had to land for Tenrac to do repairs.
While on the planet Vadrar found Jessicas's party and had them come back to his ship. Read "A Treasure for the Alien Warrior." You won't regret it. Lots of love and steam. Guaranteed HEA for everyone.

Liked it

A short and steamy sci-fi romance that starts with insta-lust, then adds tension by placing duty and eventual returning to earth as obstacles between them, and finishes with a dash of danger before a HEA. The heroine, Jessica, is an older workaholic who recently inherited her younger sister's 7-year-old boy Oscar and 3-year-old girl Ellie. The hero, Captain Vadnar Tar'Craten of the Confederated Planets Patrol, is a man who has always put duty first, even before his own happiness.

If you like any of the following: lust, steam, an older mature heroine, hot muscled honest lizard-men with very flexible tails, families found rather than made by blood, or a semi-harsh world where humans can be kidnapped as slaves, then this book & series are for you. I found this one to be a bit lighter than others in the series because the danger comes more from nature than violent beings. Overall, enjoyed it and would read more.

*****Spoiler Alert*****
This Book Includes
Violence.
knock out injection and abducted by aliens, held captive but mostly ignored, escape & crash landing, battle between spaceships.

Will always enjoy this series

I love this author and I love her storyline concept, especially how the child or children connection story to the Cire warrior. MFC Jessica is a new Mom to her niece and nephew went camping with the babysitter Laura and her friend Hannah, when they were all kidnapped by the Vendekians, however they escape aided by one young male Vendekian. MMC Vandra is a Cire warrior captain on patrol with his crew -a young Cire warrior and a female bird like creature, they all crash land on the same planet. I found the main characters suited as they both have that maternal instinct to ensure whoever is in they care, are well looked after, grounded, safe and emotionally happy. They both hit it off with me, the secondary characters were delightful and I wanted the love for all of them. There was action but mostly it’s the story told between the lines that I truly find inspiring and hopeful. Whats happening in the world today, recovering from a pandemic, a war and environmental issues you want to believe, in order to put this planet right and defend it will take all those who didn’t. I await with baited breath for the next book.

Honey has expanded her world again to include Jessica, her niece Ellie and nephew Oscar. So young to lose their parents and Jessica is overwhelmed learning how to care for them. She takes the kids to a cabin to celebrate Oscar's birthday. Laura, the kid's nanny, and her friend Hannah come along too. They all were abducted, and wake up on a ship. Laura makes a connection with a young alien and he helps them escape. Unfortunately they crash on a nearby planet. Imagine the surprise when Ellie comes back with a huge green alien, Vadrar, in tow. He and his crew landed on the same planet to make repairs.
Honey's character development and location descriptions put you right into the action. With the land tremors, trying to repair the engines on Vadrar's ship, taking care of the young children there is a lot of stress, angst, and decisions to be made. Plus amazing steamy times and a HEA.

I have always loved these Cire warriors. The stories and characters are fantastic. This is one of my favourite authors.
Jessica was already finding things difficult. Not only has she recently lost her sister but she has also now got her niece and nephew to look after. Her life has been turned upside down somewhat. So to make a birthday to remember for nephew for good reasons she has planned a trip away with him, his sister and their babysitter and friend. Except that there is more excitement than she ever planned with being abducted by aliens and then crashing on an alien planet. Vadrar has long given up on the idea of a mate given what has happened to the rest of his race. He is instead now a member of the Patrol so he is unsurprised when he is fired on by another ship. He is not happy about having to set down to make repairs but it seems that there is more for him to find on the planet than he ever thought possible.
