Reading for the Promotional Exam... Already read an almost identical version but by a different publisher for the NJ State Fire Officer I & II class. Good basic first level supervisor stuff, but it reads like a text book.

An essential tool for a fire officer much the same as essentials of firefighting is to a new recruit.
