A very solid volume, but the story wasn’t progressed very much. I definitely think the pirate guy they were escorting is the big bad demon tho

A big improvement over the anime

The art continues to be fantastic. The story builds much better than the anime in my opinion. I've really been enjoying reading this series.

Bit of a filler at times but on the other side I absolutely enjoyed the flashbacks, and not so flash back, because that means we see a bit more of the characters that we know and love.

There is also a bit of character development and also we get too unveil more of the past of the girls ans how they have gotten to that point. I have specially enjoyed the nod to the original story and their details in delightful plot twists and background story. As it also happens with the comparative of past/present and their perks.

So far, the only issue that I see is the pacing, in a sense that I would like it to be more dynamic and sometimes drags in places where I feel like it should not. Regardless, I am absolutely loving it and will definitely keep reading the next ones.

Alright! This one had some interesting new info pertaining to the time when Setsuna was given the butterfly! Hmm...

Big battle there at the end, that was cool. Also, yay for seeing Sesshomaru :D

Also liked seeing Sesshomaru's mom, I enjoy every time she appears.

And Shippo! My boy! *lil happy dance* So happy to see him again! But That's got me curious...

Another exciting entry in the series, and now I'm going on!

There's a bit of filler content that also breaks up the tension a little bit. It's lighter and a bit comedic, and we get to enjoy some downtime with the girls. I wonder if they're going to slow the pacing down for the manga. Then, there is a lot of action and I have to give 5 stars alone for a certain someone who shows up near the end. 😍 🖤

Get ready to squeal as you see a softer side of Lord Sesshomaru in volume 3 of Yashahime! You will also learn about the origins of Setsuna’s butterfly curse. Another enjoyable manga volume for fans of Inuyasha and the Yashahime series.

Okay, took down their first big enemy and kind of found out who and why the big bad is after them. Doesn't explain the lack of parents though......and apparently one parent is keeping an eye.....? Why?

Had a lot of fillers, not too much fighting, and left a lot of things open
