Great resource for seniors (or really, anyone). Cody touches on a lot of principles NASM teaches in their CPT course, but distills and refines them for the common athlete (because we all are athletes, some of us just don't know it!). The frailty scale was a new concept for me, and very helpful as I navigate was to incorporate more meaningful movement into my grandparents' lives. I am looking for texts that focus on helping seniors more on the frail end of that scale, specifically for individuals who cannot engage in ADLs. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know!
