Rory Green, Secret Agent to the Queen
" Failure is just a buzz away from greatness " Rory Green is afraid of insects. And mud. And adventures. In fact, he is frightened of most things. But when his family drags him on a camping holiday to Great Oaks Forest, Rory soon discovers that in order to save the planet he loves he will have to do more than read books about it and recycle his old cereal boxes. With the help of his bee side-kick Bobbee, and his newfound friends, Rory learns to let go of his fears and believe in himself, as he embarks on an epic adventure to save his family's favourite woodland. 'An educational, inspiring and comical story that highlights how every child can play a part in helping the planet' - Alice Keverne, Founder of Nature Nurture Kids

Rory Green is a boy who has quite a few fears. He is afraid of insects, mud and adventures. In fact most things. He has to go on a family camping trip to Great Oaks Forest where he is recruited by Queen Bee to help save the planet he loves.
This is a delightful story. It most definitely will encourage children to believe in themselves that they can make a difference to the world.

Rory Green, Secret Agent to the Queen by Kerry McIntosh - 4/5
I love a story that comes together and teacher's others that you can do so much more than you thought when you put your heart into it. Rory Green is someone who is terrified of most things - bugs, mud, the great outdoors, until he is forced to realize he can overcome his fears in order to help protect his family's favorite woods.
This was such a great story, and the kids all loved it. It was inspiring, easy to follow, and show cased who even children can play a huge role in our world.
