health benefits to eating healthy

The author present heart healthy recipes for you to get healthy. Not only are these recipes good for the heart, but they are good for blood pressure control weight loss and overall health in general. The recipes are easy to make and to help you transition your way of eating, there is a month-long meal plan included.

Needs to be proofread again

Some recipes are not clear and others do not indicate portion size...cookies specifically. I live in a small town in the Midwest and ingredients aren't available.
