This is the best place I have eaten in Dallas that is not BBQ, and the uniqueness of the cuisine is captured in the cookbook

To think I found this gem on sale in the discount rack of a discount store. But it's fabulous! I've had this for years, though on cook from it now and then. Too many cookbooks. But I always go back and always enjoy going through it.
