Great, quick read and overview!
I enjoyed the fact that it was a great overview succinctly written. The author covers a lot of important areas and questions for newbies in a director-type, leadership position. I would have appreciated more examples of how to deal with being promoted to that position rather than being a new hire, but many points are the same either way. Will be starting on book 2 today!
