It's in my your automatic nervous system. .. the debilitating fatigue, lightheadedness, heart palpitations.

This book explains dysautonomia: symptoms, diagnosis, self helps, and treatments.

A quick, and easy but also informative book.

This is definitely an informative book, but it's been 8 years since it was written and it could definitely use an update. 8 years is a long time in the medical world. I liked the short chapters and concise writing style. Everything was explained in a simple and easy to understand manner. I do wish the book was longer and more exhaustive! But it was a good and informative read.
