Now things are getting back on track. The series did a soft reboot going into Vol 2 and everything has been streamlined into one tighter storyline. The King Zombie is still searching for the gatekeeper and "Amy", who is actually a demon lord, is searching for her "true physical form", which seems to be...Joey? That part confuses me, but at least a lot of the other confusing issues have been cleared up. We have the zombies and demons vs. a group of humans who as usual have some infighting going on amongst themselves. The humans better get it together though, because if not a gateway to hell will open and the zombies will be the least of their problems. The art is also cleaner and more consistent now. Good to see this series get back on track.
