Absolutely fantastic resource. We've tried advising our adult children about steps to take in finding post-college work, only to be met with "You don't get it - it's different now." Beth Hendler-Grunt's system is IMPRESSIVE in the way it bridges the gap between our generations. I feel so much more enlightened and prepared to support our children. And even though this was written for parents, I am excited to hand over copies of this book to our offspring directly. They'll benefit tremendously from following the steps and exercises listed in the book.

I'm putting this one down as a great read, because I now am confident that our children can find great jobs, using this author's process to navigate their search in today's market.
