Hazañas maravillosas que no sólo sorprenderían a un juez del siglo XVIII, sino también a los lectores de hoy. Esta novela es un típico ejemplo del género Fantasy. Jordi Sierra i Fabra nace en Barcelona y luego de un grave accidente hace sus primeras incursiones literarias. Ha experimentado en todos los géneros literarios y ha sido galardonado con algunos de los premios más importantes de su país en novela y literatura infantil y juvenil. Varias de sus novelas han sido llevadas al cine por TVE entre otras productoras.

—Resigns as executive manager of Popular 1 to devote himself to literature and travelling.
—Beginning of the musical anthology collection (biographies and history) Música de Nuestro Tiempo (Music of Our Time). Writes and publishes 24 books in the following years.

—Co-founder of Super-Pop magazine, on young people’s music. Number one in Spain in its category after only a few months in print.

—Finalist to the Planeta Novel Prize.
—Resigns as manager of Disco Express after 9 years.

El título es un poco naíf pero vale la pena abrirlo. Está bien estructurado. Recuerda un poco la dinámica de El nombre del viento de Patrick Rothfuss: un viejo aventurero contando su historia en tres días. Pero aquí el protagonista está a punto de ser condenado a muerte por un juez del siglo XVIII y, con la premura del tiempo, empieza a narrar su historia sin detenerse en muchos detalles. Y es en este punto donde el libro, a pesar de ser infantil, se vuelve atractivo, pues resulta interesante contrastar el proceder de ambos escritores. Patrick Rothfuss, con su asesino de reyes, queriendo sacar el máximo potencial de su personaje principal, y Jordi Sierra, interesado sólo en explotar la trama de su historia. Ambas posturas muy nobles. Muy buenos libros los dos.
