Not a bad book for those who are just getting started with their website, but if you are interested in social. network, it won't be very helpful. For example, for a long time I wanted to figure out how to get YouTube viewers. It's good that my friend told me which service to use.

I checked out the 6th ed. published in 2006 from my library just to see if there were any tips I hadn't seen before. Some of the info. is a little outdated, but it was still helpful. I do disagree with the use of autoresponders in marketing though. People find them annoying, and they're considered spam.
