God's Secret to Greatness: The Power of the Towel

by David Cape, Tommy Tenney

One man has ignited the hearts of hundreds of thousands through his best-selling books. The other has touched the hearts of hundreds of thousands by washing the feet of men and women around the world. Now God chasers Tommy Tenney and Dave Cape have teamed up to call the Church to embark on an exciting journey that will change the way we live. Dismantling the long-held misconception of servanthood as drudgery, the authors proclaim that a servant's heart is not only the key to greatness, it is the key to experiencing true joy. In fact, servanthood is a dignity and delight! Even as the world asks, "What's in it for me?" imagine a revival of servanthood among the people of God and what it would mean to a hungry and hurting world.

Another book I try to read every year a two! Tommy Tenney identifies how the Christian has two important weapons, the sword and the towel. The sword is to be used in the spiritual realm and the towel is to be used in service to the lost and hurting. David Cape, who has carried a cross around the world, washing feet, shares valuable insight and life experiences.
