I read it for work when I was asked to help out to review a client who was considering M&A. It provided a lot of the basics to at least help me not be completely confused by what was going on around me.

I recently realized that I forgot to put it into my little library. I would recommend it for someone who might not do specifically M&A for a living but finds themselves involved.
