THE PREDATOR OF PALERMO AND LA PANTERA
The story is another spin-off in the Syndicate Masters series and will take place in and around Italy. The story will have a special event at Dante’s where Nico Falconeri was one of the invited single Doms, and they are paired up with single submissives. The event was masked and confidential, which meant there was no way for either sub or Dom to be sure with whom they were playing.
“The club had gone to great extent to ensure that the sub was willing to meet the needs of the Dom to whom she’d been assigned.”

The story opens up with an event at Dante's BDSM club for a celebration to be attended by invitation only. As a matter of fact, it's a masked event where each Dom has been assigned a sub who has either already played with that Dom or specifically requested to play with him. That's when we meet Nico Falconeri, aka the Predator of Palermo, who is the Jaguar shifter from Sicily. Not only that but his sub for the evening is none other than Rafaella, aka Raffi, Amato, aka La Pantera. Sparks fly, chemistry sizzles, and the scenes are hot as blue blazes but Raffi has made a solemn vow to follow the trail of who killed their parents, had the three sisters separated, thrown into three different foster homes, and sold their family home and possessions. She knows there's some kind of connection between her and Nico but she has convinced herself she doesn't have time for a relationship of any kind until her vow is fulfilled. Nico, on the other hand, knows she is his fated mate and doesn't intend to let her go but after falling asleep with the intention of claiming her the next morning, he wakes to an empty bed. The hunt is on and he intends to find her. There are a lot of twists and turns in this one with some secrets being revealed. Both of these characters are strong, alpha personalities in their own right … combined they're almost magical. This is a great read and now I can't wait for 'Defiant Vow' to come out.

Another great book in this series. This story is about Raffi (sister to Zia (now with Roman) and Serena). She is also known as La Pantera and is trying to find the people who are responsible for killing her parents. Nico is a jaguar shifter and the alpha of his clan. Both Nico and Raffi are in the scene end up paired together one night at Dante’s. While they both have a great time and clicked instantly, Raffi has other things on her mind than getting into a relationship.
With Raffi being his fated mate, Nico will stop at nothing to find her. Their paths cross again and from there, the adventures begin. Drama, action, deception, betrayal, passion, darkness, and chemistry will make it hard for you to put this book down! I look forward to reading Serena’s story next! I absolutely loved Nico and Rafaella. He finds his mate and she manages to slip away while he is asleep. The hunt is on. She leads him on a merry chase outsmarting him along the way. It is a fun read full of romance, touches of discipline and outside danger. The Syndicate Masters series is one of my favorites and this book only adds to it. This is definitely a bookI would recommend reading along with the others in this series and the next book like it will be just as great.

I loved the author's stye of writing and I loved that she managed to create a new world that combined the paranormal and the gods of old. And one more thing, the women are just as strong as their alpha.

As always, I enjoyed Ms. James latest book. Nico and Rafaella have a wild ride to their relationship and it was so much fun to read. The story kept me engaged from the start to the end. One of the things I like about Delta's books is the action..........it's always full on and keeps you guessing. I can't really say a whole lot because I don't want to give anything away but just get it and find out for yourself.

Wonderful read, great characters and simply marvellous plot you’ll enjoy immensely
Raffi is a young woman that along with her sister has been trying to find the individuals that killed her father and mother and framed her father with allegations of him being a gangster and thief. On the night their parents’ car crash the sisters had been torn away from their home and from each other and since the both Raffi and her older sister Zia and younger sister Serena who have been trying to discover who set up their parents.
At Dante’s the well known BDSM club there was a special night for the first anniversary of a Wolf shifter and his mate who were putting on a whip demonstration and anything else his mate desired within reason. Marco and Catherine had set up matches of subs for the invited Dom shifters and was also known to be something of a romantic trying to find matches for unmated shifters.
Nico Falconeri is matched with Raffi and he knows instantly that she is his Fated Mate and there is no way he is going to allow her to escape, he was going to ensure by the end of the day that they were mated. When he had discovered her gone from the room he had then been determined to find out who she was and where he could find her but Marco and the staff at Dante’s were upholding the anonymity.
Raffi returns to her home in Milan laying down a false trail so that Nico would not be able to find her, when La Pantera receives a request for assistance from Nico’s Beta to track down the mate, he is searching for she knows that she has to threaten him by stealing secret files and detailing what she will do with them if he persists in his search.
This is a simply wonderful book and I guarantee that you will enjoy every moment of this read and will be left looking forward to the next book in the series. I do not want to give away too much information about the story and spoil the read for others, I just guarantee that like me you will not be able to put this book down once you begin reading.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

As part of a special event being held at Dante’s, a lifestyle club in Florence, Italy, single Doms and single submissives have been carefully paired up after advance completion of detailed questionnaires. All participants will be masked, and no names will be exchanged. Rafaella Amato is one of the subs attending the event. She’s paired with Nico Falconeri. They’re brought together in a public lounge at the club and sparks fly. Starting in that public space and continuing on in a private room, the erotic experiences of the night beautifully meet their respective needs. Nico knew immediately that this woman was his long sought fated mate. When he awakens and finds her gone, he’s less than pleased. No matter what he tries, he runs into dead ends trying to find out who she is and locate her. Rafaella is keeping a lot of secrets, including the fact that she’s a notorious computer hacker … the one Nico hires to find her.
There are multiple other complications going on at the same time in this story. It’s a book filled with suspense, secrets, plenty of danger, and passion. It’s a game of cat and mouse played by a jaguar-shifter and a secretive sub. In the end, they both actually win, because they were meant to be together. Although you could read this story independently, I think it’s even better if you read the one that came right before and featured Rafaella’s older sister. After Nico and Rafaella get their happy conclusion in this book, there is a riveting introduction to the third book in the series, about the youngest sister. I can’t wait for that to become available!.

This is part of the Syndicate Masters: La Cosa Nostra series each book can be read as a standalone with a sexy shifter and the mate he has chosen oh the adventures 😊. Raffi and her sisters haven’t lived the best life, they have one call find out who murdered their parents and set her father up as the blame and to be torn away from each other but upon finding each other as they grew up and working together to find who took their parents. At the famous BDSM club where Marco and Catherine had set up matches of subs for the invited Dom shifters and was also known to be something of a romantic trying to find matches for unmated shifters. Nico sexy as all get out shifter who knows the moment he walks into the club that Raffi is his mate, his plan is claim, mate her before the night is over a little arrogant ……yep I agree but things didn’t work out the way he planned because when he looked up she was gone now he is determined to find out everything he can on her, about her, then find her, claim her, and mate here by any means necessary but the Catherine and Marco are holding to their policy of anonymity. Raffi doesn’t want to be claimed by anyone so heading home to Milan to lay low, hidden, or off Nico’s radar so every false trail she lays hoping he will take it which takes him further from her true location. The adventure of the search gets a little interesting with threats towards the Beta being the hacker that she is she has the ability to get all the secrets with threats but that isn’t going to hold him off for very long and she knows it. They are playing a game of cat and mouse so to speak, and the adventures are only getting more complicated with outside interference but will they find each other, when they find each other he isn’t letting her go but will she want to stay with him, and is there a HEA written for them or will she continue to try and run considering her sisters depend on her and they must stay together?.

Nico is the head of the Rapace Syndicate. When he meets Raffi at a club, he knows immediately that she is his fated mate. His problem is that she disappears after their night together and he needs help to find her. Raffi has secrets. She knows Nico is looking for her but she isn't looking for a relationship. When they finally reconnect, she needs to tell him her secrets but first, they have some other issues to solve.
Raffi is a good character. She is smart and driven. She is self-aware. Her determination to find out who set her parents up and ultimately broke up their family is a good backstory to explain the decisions and actions she has taken over the years. The author does a good job showing how Raffi goes from agreeing to a one-night stand with a stranger to accepting that she is Nico’s fated mate and that he is a shifter. Nico is kind of one dimensional. He is the head of a syndicate and a shifter and dominate and, nothing. There really isn’t anything more except that he wants Raffi. The one thing I will say about this story compared to others in this series is that it was nice that Raffi was trusted as an asset to the syndicate because of her background (even if some of that took place off the page and was just recounted by the characters near the end of the story).
I did have some issues with his "dominance" coming off as bullying. Yeah, I get it, he has an animal instinct to mark her so she becomes a shifter like him. He is also the type of man that demands she submit to his will but that doesn't remove the feeling that he is bullying her at times rather than talking to her like an adult and helping her to meld into his world.
This is a contemporary shifter romance set in Italy. I don’t think you need to read the other books in the series/related series in order to understand this story but those other characters are mentioned so it might make it a more complete experience.

This author has once again, written an excellent paranormal shifter romance that is guaranteed to capture the reader’s attention and to be quite honest I really enjoyed reading it. The world-building is outstanding and it has a fascinating well-paced, strong plot filled with some really interesting, unexpected situations/events. The characters are strong-willed individuals with unique personalities that display a determination to succeed naturally the female character portrays realistic defiance & tries to the best of her ability to escape an inevitable future. The secondary characters offer good support.

The second book in this series La Cosa Nostra is steamy and full of action. I’ve been on the lookout for the ARC to be available via Booksprout and when I saw it I jumped at the opportunity.
Raffi/Rafaella and Nico are paired for an invitation only event at Dante’s. Nico recognizes her as his fated mate and is determined to break all the rules to find out who his anonymous sub is and where to find her when she disappears from his bed.
Raffi is on a mission - well really 2 missions - get justice for herself and her sisters from the people who murdered her parents and the woman who profited from putting them is horrible circumstances within the foster system; and stay out of Nico Falconeri’s grasp and bed! She recognizes he is the perfect man/Dom for her, but she doesn’t think she has time for live right now.
Raffi takes Nico for a wild adventure as she hides from him and his efforts to uncover who she is and where to find her. I love how close he is to finding her the entire time, but he doesn’t put all the clues together.
I loved how she captained the rescue effort for bringing Nico home and how easily she took control over the clan, caused absolute havoc for the men, and won everyone’s affection and love. Wow I thought the first book in the Syndicate Masters: La Cosa Nostra series was great but this second book was perhaps even better and if not hotter!
When two fated mates meet then you know there is going to be sexual tension galore and the proverbial "fireworks" going off every encounter.
This is the story involving Rafaella Amato, aka La Pantera and the second sister of the mysterious Amato sisters and her fated journey to Nico Falconeri, the Predator of Palermo, and a jaguar shifter and clan Alpha.
From the moment Rafaella's character became addressed in book one, Ruthless Honor by Delta James I could see she was going to provide readers with a very interesting journey just like her older sister did.
Raffi is truly one fantastic character, much like her elder sister Zia was in book one and no doubt her younger sister will be in the the third instalment, which I cannot wait to read.
Again, Author Delta James does not disappoint her readers with her thrilling and sexually charged plot involving such creative, sensuous and entertaining characters, wild moments that leave you wanting and needing more and moments that leave you barracking for Raffi in her quest to find and acknowledge her true love. A great mixture of action, emotional high jinx, mystery and some downright humourous scenarios where the expertise of a world famous hacker gets her sense of justice and fairness for her female clan members.

I’m really enjoying this series about the sisters and their search for the truth regarding their parents deaths and what happened to them afterwards before they managed to find each other again years later. Of course they have to have fated mates and of course those mates are also connected. This book was just as good as the previous book, if I’m honest I liked the story of this one more, especially because it’s not the typical mate need rescuing one. You will know what I mean when you read it. If I have any complaints it’s that nothing is resolved regarding that situation at all. The lead up to it is non existent as is what happens during that time for both Raffi and Nico, it was also over and done with very abruptly or that’s how it felt to me. I still enjoyed the book I just wish sometimes that as much goes into the story as the sex scenes and I don’t understand how all the women “yowel” before they know about cat shifters or are turned.
Definitely looking forward to the next book though. The slight hint you get at the end of this book promises that the book will definitely take at least one sister to who they believe is responsible for everything. Can’t wait.

I loved Raffi and Nico's story!
I love a story when the female - Raffi in this case, make the male - Nico in this case work hard to win her heart. Raffi give him a run for his money. Nico knows that she is is fated mate from the first minute he saw her, but just because he is gangster/shifter, she does not make it easy for him to find her. I loved the merry chase she sent him on, frustrating him time and time again as she laid down her false trails. But Nico is nothing if not determined and he eventually catches up with her - and all bets are off. I loved their story. Two very strong characters who are destined to be together even though Raffi knows nothing of fated mates and destiny.
I really enjoyed that this book brings in characters from other stories written by this author. I love to read the very small tidbits of their story. She weaves other characters in to this story line with such ease for the reader. I can't wait to read the 3rd book of this series. I am sure it is going to be a great one too.

I waa glad to see Nico had led the chase again instead of him sitting back and waiting while others conducted the physical search.
Rafaella lead him on a merry chase. I enjoyed La Pantera's expertise with technology and how she used it. I was surprised at what she did after the plane incident. I think Rafaella was even more irreverent than Zia, lol.
The women, Rafaella and Zia are still on the path to discover their parents killer, but it seems as if Serena is harboring a secret.
There was romance, danger, some action, and suspense. Things are starting to come together, but Nicole and Rafaella did get their HEA.
I will have to check if these books are a bit shorter, or if I get so involved they only seem to be shorter. I seem to breeze through them and am sad when they end. I always want more. Lol.

I absolutely loved this is second book in the La Cosa Notras series. Nico and Raffi are so hot and have a fantastic chemistry from the moment they meet in Dante's club. Raphaella has had a terrible childhood and with her sisters is seeking those who are responsible, becoming La Pantera, a black hat information broker. Meeting Nico at Dante's, she feels an instant connection, she escapes that situation because she wants to finish her plans to avenge her family's loss. Nico realizing that she is his fated mate isn't letting Raffi go. As she leads Nico on merry chase, eventually she's caught and ends up rescuing Nico, leading the ladies of the castle into a full revolt.
But this is not the end of this series as there is one last sister and the setup for the last book, with the youngest sister and her fated mate. I can't wait to see where this one is taking us.

This is the 2nd book in the Syndicate Masters:LaCosta Nostra series and this is Nico and Rafaella's story. What a suspenseful and roller coaster ride Delta has given us. Nico discovers his fated mate at Dante's the BDSM Club where he was allotted Raffi as his submissive. So after a night of passion, she ups and leaves which made Nico furious!! Exciting take two
This book seems to start at a similar point as the first book only Nico actually meets his mate at the club. Then he looses her. There is quite a bit of overlap between the first and second book as far as timelines, but the stories are very different. Its an excellent story, I am hoping that the third sisters story might have a bit of a wrap up for all three at the end... Hopefully it will answer some of the loose ends from the first two... Like who was behind the parents murder and frame up. How they kill off lo Spirito and la Pantera. And maybe what the Knight guy has to do to finally get the Bratva to leave him alone. This is a good book in the series.

Nico Falconeri, known as the Predator of Palermo finds his fated mate at Dante’s, but she eludes him the next morning. The night before at the celebration for Luca and Seraphina was a masked affair and no identities were revealed. He was determined to find her one way or another. He hires the famous La Pantera to find the mysterious woman at any cost. Little did he know La Pantera was the woman and his fated mate. An awesome storyline with plenty of mystery, danger, steam and passion. Love this author and this series.

Solid middle to the La Cosa Nostra PNR set
Raffi is in mask when she first meets Nico at the invitation-only club event... so it's quite the game of cat and mouse when Nico finds her gone the next morning. And Sicily's Syndicate head has finally found his fated mate. If he can just get someone to tell him her name.
I rather enjoyed the entire chase, as Nico works his influence to find Raffi. That this is Zia's sister suggests that Serena may be the third fated mate (to come). Not a lot of story here, but new bits that connect to our other known shifter Syndicates and add to the greater story in which the Bratva appear to be scheming against all of the shifter Syndicates. One by one. I hope the greater puzzle is as good or better than the pieces so far.
An easy and engaging read. More of the D/s stories, but a ton of humor to be found too. I still felt like I needed much more story at the end of this one, and enjoyed it nonetheless.

An easy and engaging read. More of the D/s stories, but a ton of humor to be found too. I still felt like I needed much more story at the end of this one, and enjoyed it nonetheless.

This is the second book in the La Cosa Notras series. Raffi has had a difficult childhood, as has her sisters. But, she escapes that situation and becomes La Pantera, an information broker. When she meets Nico at Dante's, she feels an instant connection, but wants to finish her plans to avenge her family's loss. Nico realizes that she is his fated mate. Raffi leads Nico on merry chase, but eventually she gets caught. Then the two work together to have their HEA.
This is not the end of the series. There is the setup for the last book, which deals with the youngest sister and her fated mate.

This is another page turning series from Delta. Nico and Raffi’s story certainly keeps you reading till the very end. Raffi is continuing her quest to get revenge for her parent death, until Nico shows up and everything changes. She doesn’t realize it but she is his fated mate. Raffi knows nothing about shifters or fated mates, but she does know about computers and hacking into them. She gives Nico and his crew quite the run for their money until they find their HEA. It’s a great story and series!.
