"Trompe L'oeil" is the story of five friends and the Yoko Ono who comes between them.
They are members of a cadre: Cody, Matt 5, MIke, Kimono, and Borknagar. But the nights of bottomless cups of Hazelnut Decaf at the Luna Moon are interrupted when Alyx comes on the scene.
Is Alyx interested in Matt 5? MIke? Cody? (Not Borknagar, surely, he's only a freshman.) Can any of them pull their heads out of their coffee cups and pursue her?
