Doctor, doctor, I feel like reading a funny book. I'd put this back then. Rude. A psychic message, a slightly portly medium, missing residents, and a strange glow can only mean one thing. Something is happening in Skullenia, and it's down to Ollie and the gang to sort it out. With the help of Deirdre Clownpuncher, the boys try to find out where everyone's gone before they, and maybe the entire town, disappears forever. In an adventure to test the hardiest of souls, our heroes must employ all of the guts and guile at their disposal to follow the clues which, seeing as they don't actually have any guts and guile, means they'll be relying on other people as usual. Join a cast of quite a few with whom you'll visit an interesting library, learn how Noggin hunts, and discover how ladies rate their hats in Intensive Scare, the sixth book in Tony Lewis's Skullenia series.
I was born in Cardiff, South Wales in 1967. After finishing school I, like many authors, have had a series of differing and varied jobs including working in a warehouse, a clothes factory, and as a police officer. Obviously I'll never settle anywhere because all I want to do is write for a living so work is just something that I have to do between chapters.
I'm extremely happily married to Sharon, and I have a son, who works at a games developement company, and two stepchildren and live in Kent, UK.
My novels are a mixture of the supernatural combined with a healthy dose of extreme silliness. In short I write what makes me laugh.
The books have been picked up for movie and TV development by Thunderball Films run by Mario Domina which is very exciting. Have a look at http://www.thunderballfilms.com/index...
Follow me on Facebook at "Tony Lewis Author of the Skullenia Novels" and like the page, and on Twitter @skullenia (although I don't post that often).
If you've been kind enough to read any of my books and enjoyed them, then a review would be great.
Fun read, excellent author, HOPEFULLY soon to be narrated by Toby
I think Tony Lewis writes to amuse himself and happily shares his amusing musings with readers. Among the words is a story, and within the story are words that, if you just go with whatever is on the page at the moment, are LOL funny, silly, clever, thought-provoking, funny, and really funny. Some of my favorite characters from previous books are not as active (grumpy face) in this romp but the new characters really need the attention...I will simply have to keep purchasing new books in this series and re-read the previous ones to quench my Skullenia obsession. Seriously funny, not to be taken seriously.
