Après une carrière de professeur d'université, Nicole Masson a choisi de se consacrer à l'édition. Elle est l'auteur aux Editions du Chêne de Festins et ripailles (collection Esprit XVIIIe), des Us et coutumes de la table ainsi que du jeu Dîner à la carte avec le chef David Martin. Elle est aussi à l'origine de la collection des Petits recueils de pensées où elle a signé, notamment, le volume consacré aux Pensées chrétiennes.

Un curioso libro donde se nos exponen las diferentes jerarquias del mundo celestial. quienes eran los arcangeles? Que diferencia hay entre serafines y querubines? Ha aceptado siempre la iglesia la existencia de los ángeles? Con pequeños capítulos averiguaremos todas estas preguntas y asistiremos a hechos históricos donde los ángeles parece ser que tuvieron su influencia como pueden ser las batallas de Juana de Arco. A destacar el bonito diseño que asemeja un misalito y que incluye bonitas ilustraciones vintage.

This book provides the reader with an understanding of different types of angels and their purpose, beliefs about them in different religions, and a brief story about some of the most important angels in history.

I recommend this book to anyone who wants a quick general overview and understanding of angels. There are references in the back of the book for further reading.

I have visited many churches and art museums in my travels. Reading this slim little book added to my understanding of some of the art work and stained glass windows that I saw which depicted angels. It also helped me understand better some of the expressions that we still use today.

The hardcover version of the book is especially beautiful. It has a padded cover, gold trim on the pages and a pretty ribbon book mark. There are beautiful illustrations and pictures throughout the book. It would make a nice gift for someone interested in angels! I highly recommend reading the hard cover edition. I don't think you'd get the same experience reading the kindle version. I rarely say this - but this book was just so nice to hold and feel.
