If you want to read one book on how to be a health coaching that has everything you need to get started, this is the book.

Solid, no-nonsense guidelines on how to be a holistic health coaching without getting yourself in legal trouble is great, but she has templates for setting up your business that are great examples to have on hand when you need them.
