I completely forgot to review this back when I finished it in February, but it was wonderful.

Actually, wonderful doesn't sum it up. It was beautiful, eye-opening, and desperately needed.

I feel like I'm finally starting to understand myself 💛🌻

This book changed my life.

From this book, I learned not only about high sensitivity and the ways that shows up in my life (many of which I hadn’t realized before), but also how to start putting this experience into words, how to recognize things that I’m highly sensitive to, and how to take a step back when things are just too much. I learned that high sensitivity can be a challenge at times, but it’s also a blessing and unique way of viewing the world. This book was healing and informative, and though I know I still have so much to learn about this, this was an experience that changed me, challenged me, encouraged me, and gave me a safe place to start learning.

If you know you’re an HSP, if you know someone who’s an HSP, or if you haven’t even ever heard the term “highly sensitive person” before but resonate with it and want to learn more, this book is for you.

Many, many thanks to the author for writing this and to an HSP friend for recommending this to me. ❤️
