This was a fun book to read. It challenged my mind quite a bit. Some were quite easy after reading them. Some were super hard and had to read them again and again. Last, there were some that I could not figure out at all. Its a fun read and it does challenge the mind. Loved it! The kids will have fun reading this book too and have more fun challenging their parents and siblings.

Overall this book is fine. It is labeled as a riddle book and a book to test your knowledge, aimed at 9-12 year olds. I would not say this is a book of riddles, or exactly logical. It is much more lateral thinking.

It is basically a book or those questions you see people post on facebook saying if you can answer this you have a high IQ. Which is nonsense but whatever. With a lot of them being more gotcha questions with dad joke answers. Like one in the math section is asking how many planks does it take to complete a boardwalk. The answer they give is - one, the final one.

The book is three sections, Tricky quick-hitters, math monster, and sneaky stories.

The book is mainly just fine. Something you might go through once, but it is not really anything stand out. I guess it could be used to help encourage your kid to pay attention to details reading and then thinking more laterally than directly.

I specifically saved this one for when the whole family was together for Thanksgiving. It was a blast!! There’s a good combination of riddles. Some of them I was able to guess super quick, but were great for the younger kids. Others were quite a challenge, regardless of the age. I love the chapter up front that reminds/teaches kids how to logically and systematically solve the puzzles. It was a big hit with all ages and lots of fun. Highly recommend for fun gatherings. Also good if you like solving puzzles on your own.

The Ultimate Riddle Game For Kids is a unique brain teaser of a book. There's quite a few stumpers in here, but that's because you have to think outside of the book a bit more than expected. The 9 year old found some to be too hard for him, but we enjoyed it the same.

I really liked that the solution button on the Kindle gave the answer without leaving the page, so we could guess and then find out if we were right without changing locations. Nice little touch.

I asked my then-ten-year-old son, who is gifted intellectually and enjoys riddles, to read this book and he really didn't like it. He said the riddles were "nigh-impossible" and complained that critical information was sometimes missing. I couldn't argue with him as the riddles I looked at did seem to have insufficient information, especially for kids. And I'm a former college professor. My son adamantly refused to go to the second and third sections of the book. He insisted that I give it two stars.

This book was pretty awesome it had several different riddles in it. Helps kids with out of the box thinking ,math etc. But this book is fun for adults as well . Its the perfect book to bring along on long trips, long waits at hospitals ,for the holidays, or just for fun ANYTIME. I think its the perfect book to broaden the mind and capture ones attention. I got this for my granddaughter and she loved it ! Now everyones looking at it trying to see if they can figure out the riddles . Worth having in every home especially around family gatherings.

The first part of the book was ok, a little difficult for my 9 and 12 year old. I like the short riddles where they could think about it and try to figure it out. There were some riddles where I didn't even understand the answer. But then when you moved to the other half the book, it was too complicated for my kids. It became a math quiz or the riddles were too long it lost their interest.

This book has been so fun to read as a family! My son loves guessing the answers and he gets some my husband and I don’t. Highly recommend!
