This cookbook actually made me mad. Supposedly "15 minute" recipes and yet the commentary and instructions sound like the author thought these were elaborate or formal meals. The "tips" beginning each chapter are condescending dribble, written with the assumption that the readers are idiots. I couldn't get past the first couple chapters before giving up on the book.
I knew this was not going to be what I expected in the first paragraph of chapter one when it said "With a little planning, some savvy shopping, and slight adjustments to your kitchen habits...". In other words, most of these are not really 15-minute recipes for most people. Sigh. Well there are a few promising recipes in here even though they aren't as quick and easy to prepare as the title leads you to expect.
