Not a lighting book, though it does cover a reasonable amount. Promulgates the misinformation that 'diffusion' as such softens shadows, and has images of speedlights with tissue covering the lenses and says it'll give softer light. If that issue is ignored, and the fact that it's mostly a general photography book with an emphasis on lighting, it's OK but not spectacular. Not really recommended given the wealth of much better books on the topics.

I was seeking more in depth details therefore this wasn't entirely the best buy. I nevertheless found it useful.
