This is a good overview of tasks to consider when designing and maintaining an emergency plan. I used it as a textbook in an emergency management class. I never actually read the whole thing because it's very dry. I have seen other books on the subject which were more interesting. This is a good reference book where you look up just the topic you want to know about. I'm keeping it my library as a reference book.
