I would actually rate this book 4.5 stars. Although some of the content is the same or similar to other books like it, I believe the author went a step further to support it with science and medical experience. It wasn’t a book of “do this and not that.” The author presented information and then supported it. In the conclusion, the author notes the flaws in the medical community and research, and I thought this was a bold approach. There is so much expectation for perfection when in fact these are people that are over worked and burnt out. Great book! I will incorporate many of the ideas from this book and strive to be a better, healthier me.
